    Location was lovely, 25 min walk into monte carlo, however lovely walk so we were happy with that. The team even offered free upgrade as we were celebrating 🍾 our sons 18th and they had space. Thank you

    After a difficult 5 hour drive, and navigating the traffic of Monte Carlo at 5 pm amongst roadworks - we arrived at the Port Palace not at our best. The person at reception immediately picked up on this and said he would make our check in as quick and easy as could be. He then upgraded our room to a beautiful room with an amazing view. The staff were wonderful, and the hotel, and its position, were excellent. Loved walking to the Christmas markets and just relaxing.

    I like the location of the hotel as we can walk to the location after disembarking from the cruise ship and walk to the casino area if exiting out from the restaurant on the sixth floor its a fantastic location. The room size is big and comfortable. The room faces the habor. The bathroom offers a bidet, jacuzzi bath tub and a shower. It was a lovely stay.

    stunning proper 5-star hotel in the perfect location. lovely rooms. lovely thoughtful check in staff gave us a bottle of champagne, he was fantastic. the buffet breakfast is terrific.
