They treat you like a prince. The riad is gorgeous, really well-located, and the entire staff is beyond friendly. We loved our stay there. It also feels authentic and genuine; they gave us great tips on how to avoid common scams in Morocco. And their prices for extra services, such as airport transfer were all great. One pleasant surprise was that they offered us a bottle of excellent Moroccan wine at a very affordable price -- we later went to the liquor store and found out the price at the hotel was nearly the same, which means they did not overcharge their guests like many other hotels do. All in all, an excellent experience.

Staff were really nice. The riad is a 5min walk from the parking( the riad is easy to find). There’s a jacuzzi on rooftop. Big room and big and nice bathroom. In the bathroom a lot of necessities like towels, flipflops, shower gels and more. Breakfast was tasty. Also for your interest the parking is 100mad or 10eur

We had a wonderfull week at the Tigmiza Boutique Resort! We are here for the 4rd time, and it gets better every year! This is mainly thanks to a very dedicated team. The service is very professional but at the same time the staff so friendly - simply you just feel in a better version of your home! So the typical day at Tigmiza would start with Marrakeh’s best Omlette from Chef Tariq and a tasty local pancake from Ghislaine. Then our super concierge - Lamia - would organize a trip to a hidden gem in the medina and reserve a fabulous rooftop. Back at the hotel we would have a snack at the pool bar professionally attended by Azzize&Aziz. Then we would get a traditional Hamman massage by skilled Hayat. We would finish the day with a magnificient dinner by Abdullah & Hamid, which always manage to surprise us with original events. We also thank Abdelrahim and his crew for taking care of the room and the luggage.

Although we had to leave early for a desert tour, the staff was kind enough to prepare breakfast for us to take away, allowing us to enjoy a tasty meal on the go. While some guests may be tempted to book a room with a private terrace, we found that the public terrace was incredible and offered great views of the city. All in all, the Riad Palais Sebban is a fantastic choice for anyone looking for a stylish and luxurious riad in the heart of Marrakech. Highly recommended!
