Wonderful view from the terrace, with excellent breakfast served there. Amazing pools, perfect location. We loved our stay there. Absolutely suitable for families with kids.

Our fifth or sixth time staying here. Wouldn’t stay anywhere else in Ubud! Staff are super friendly and thoughtful, always offering to make your stay easier, deliver their free afternoon tea etc to your room. Location is ideal - close to everything but still quiet and no roosters nearby. The 18-metre pool is perfect for laps. The free shuttle is so handy and being provided with a phone to call the hotel is next-level awesome. We just used WhatsApp to message the staff who always responded immediately. The rooms have everything you need - a large bed, outdoor setting and outdoor daybed, plenty of wardrobe space, desk and chair, comfy chair to read or meditate on, love bathroom with amenities. Sapodilla somehow continues to improve when you think there’s nothing they can do better! It’s great value too. We prefer to stay on the first floor (one level up) as it offers a bit more privacy, but some might prefer to be on the ground level for easier access to the pool and coming and going.

Very clean, amazing view from the room and pool. Kind stuff, prefect breakfast and good facilities near the pool, bar and Restaurant with reasonable prices with service at the pool. One of the best places we visited in Ubud.

The perfect stay in ubud! The location was great, and a close walk to several museums and restaurants. The hotel was super clean and tidy, and the staff were super friendly. The facilities as well were great. Food was also exceptional.

Staying at 11 on Kajeng was nothing short of exceptional. We stayed in the beautiful Botanical Suites, which offered a serene and luxurious environment that perfectly complemented the charm of Ubud. The attention to detail in both the design and service was outstanding, truly showcasing the hotel’s commitment to an authentic Balinese experience. The breakfast offerings were a highlight, with their yummy smoothie bowls leaving a lasting impression—I’m still craving them! The staff’s warm hospitality added to the overall experience, ensuring every moment felt special. To top it all off, I was surprised with a rose and a thoughtful card on Mother’s Day, making my stay even more memorable.
