Het personeel is heel vriendelijk en behulpzaam, en de service is top! Verder hadden ze een goed ontbijt, een lekker theetje bij binnenkomst, en stonden er altijd flesjes water klaar. Al met al een top verblijf, en dus zeker een aanrader!

Riad Al Makan heeft een eigen restaurant en ligt in de oude medina van Fez, op 3 minuten wandelen van de Blauwe Poort. Er is gratis WiFi beschikbaar. We really loved staff at that Riad. They were really helpful with recommendations where to go and where to exchange our money.

The staff were extremely friendly and accommodating. The riad is beautiful. The breakfast was huge and their mint tea was so good. The location was about 10 minutes from the blue gate.

Our room was spacious, clean, and tastefully decorated, providing a relaxing atmosphere. The staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful throughout our stay, always ready to assist with a smile. Breakfast was decent—simple but satisfying. The small pool in the courtyard added a refreshing touch, especially after exploring the busy streets of Fes. One of the highlights was the rooftop terrace: quite spacious, with stunning views and a serene ambiance that made it ideal for unwinding. Overall, we were very pleased with our experience and would definitely recommend Dar Bensouda to travelers looking for an authentic Moroccan stay with warm hospitality.

A lovely lady who pours her heart out into her business and accommodates the guests. 10 stars! The place is very special and the history of it. I will forever treasure this experience and interaction with the owner. She is extremely talented and very sweet! The business is very new therefore I with the owner prosperity and success! Riad Louna Fes & Spa heeft een buitenzwembad, een tuin, een gedeelde lounge en een terras in Fez. The Riad Louna has a great location in the medina and not far from the point where you would be dropped-off or picked-up a taxi or tour van. The staff at the riad arranged cabs and porters for our luggage, both upon arriving and leaving the riad. As a result our arrival and departure was flawless. Ms Hayat and staff were truly wonderful. They met all of our needs and requests, we being a family of 6 with 2 rooms. They served a very ample and delicious breakfast on the lovely rooftop every morning, arranged for a spa treatment within the riad, helped us with various questions about the area, and arranged shipment of items we accidentally left behind, to us in America. It was a pleasure to interact with Ms Hayat and her staff. The riad is a 3-floor riad with an atrium and within that, there is refreshingly cool dipping pool in a botanical setting. The riad was exceptionally quiet and it is removed from street activity so it was a relaxing and tranquil accommodation insulated from the hustle-and-bustle of the busy Fes world around us. I will note that there are some very nice, comfortable restaurants just a short walk away from the riad, and rather than making recommendations myself, I will let the knowledgeable staff assist you and address your specific needs. Overall, a big thumbs-up from all our family members!
