The WiFi was down it only worked well the first day in the room. It’s was a huge inconvenience . Otherwise great location and staff very hardworking, polite and approachable.

What truly stands out at this hotel is the incredibly kind and helpful staff. They are always ready to assist and can help you arrange activities, taxis, and anything else you might need. Their warm hospitality made the stay feel very welcoming. The hotel is just a short walk from Victoria Falls and offers great value for the price. While it’s not a new hotel by international standards, the rooms are clean and tidy. The breakfast and on-site restaurant are both good.

We didn’t like the fact that there was a lot of building and repair work going on. Rubbish and mattresses outside the rooms.

The original room we were given was very basic, a little tired looking and we had some issues with hot water for showering. We were then given another room that had been renovated, was more attractive and had hot water. Would recommend requesting a renovated room.

The staff was really awesome. The beds were comfortable and the rooms clean. The location and room service were also good.

The hot water took a very long time to come through into the room.

Nice rooms with mosquito nets over the bed. The staff were extremely friendly & helpful. I ate in the restaurant twice in the evening, the food was very nice. I had beer and wine with my meal & at the bar. Both the restaurant staff & barman were very nice. Quick service. The shuttle bus was excellent, I used it to get to the bridge to walk into Zambia & the driver gave me all the information I needed, took me past the normal drop off area directly to the bridge entrance & was very clear on the pickup location.

The staff was always willing to help. I would like to highlight Themena´s customer service. Thanks to her diligence, in only few hours I was able to schedule all the tours I wanted to Victoria´s Fall National Park (by land and by air). She does magic so dreams come true!

Very tired room. Uneven path and a long haul up to the room . No table in patio area. Main problem for me was very poor lighting in room. l dragged chair into bathroom which had enough light for me to read.

We booked into this hotel to be told there was a problem with our room & were moved to a sister hotel at the Miombo, this was a self catering complex so had to be bussed ever morning to Cresta Sprayview for breakfast. Whilst.The Miombo was excellent but we had not prepared ourselves for a self catering complex . It was a bit inconvenient travelling for breakfast even though it was a short distance especially as we had booked all our trips to be picked up at Crest Sprayview. Nevertheless we had a wonderful time in Victoria Falls.

They’ve updated the main bar but lost its old world charm with colourful bar stools in modern style and they’re not very comfortable.

Friendly staff, close to town with hourly shuttle bus will drop you at the falls or somewhere else in town.

The entire hotel will need a little renovation, there are small things that can be improved.

All the staff is very gentle and always ready to help you. They can arrange activities, taxis and other things for you. Breakfast and restaurant are good. Very useful, a complimentary water disposal. Last but not least, beds are very comfortable.

Gardens need a bit attention. But were clean and neat.

Staff is very friendly and helpful. Room is very comfortable and clean. Restaurant good layout and nice view over the pool. Pool was always clean. Free shuttle to town or the falls was great. Driver very helpful with tips. Activities help desk is a big plus for this hotel. Always there to help.

This is a really good value mid range hotel. The bed was really comfortable, the room clean. Toiletries provided. Safe. Helpful staff. Good wifi. Free shuttle bus hourly to Vic Falls entrance. Swimming pool.

The cupboard doors and the bathroom door in the room need some attention. The toilet doors in the ladies toilet near the pool/bar area also need repairs. The one door would not close and the only other would not open.

The rooms not modern. My sheets had holes in them.

The staff were excellent. The room was cabin style with ensuite. The rooms need updated. What was annoying was the sprinklers wetting the paths. The pool is very nice. Breakfast was good.
