The only downsides were that the mattress was a bit soft, not enough towels were provided, and the showers did not have curtains, so water ended up on the floor with no mop available to dry it.

We had a fantastic stay in this self-catering house. The bedrooms were spacious with large, comfortable bathrooms, the kitchen was fully equipped with everything we needed, and the views were stunning. Perfect for a relaxing stay.

Our cottage, Leopard Rock was in a beautiful location. The views were exquisite. We enjoyed a hike on the property. The kitchen was very well equipped with a seating area and the lounge was spacious with a fireplace. There was also plenty of seating outside.

When we arrived the pool was dirty and the lights dull because of the dirt, but was quickly resolved by the manager.

We liked that the manager was available the second we needed him and was knowledgeable, friendly and efficient. The facilities and extras were a very thoughtful and welcoming touch.

The open-plan showers in our unit (Kokerboom) result in water all over the bathroom and following the contour out the door and into the passage way, but nothing a few towels on the floor couldn't address

The house was large and spacious, with everything you could possibly need. The views are simply stunning and location fantastic. Lovely trails into the mountain, with a choice of walks of various difficulties.

The terrible road to get there was dreadful for me. You dont want to venture in to town on the bumpy road you drive to head to the chalets. A normal car's shocks will not make it. The lights were filled with flies and moths from what looked like months of accumalation. the first bedrooms had two uneven super uncomfy single beds pushed together. 2nd bedroom had lovely beds. 3rd bedrooms bed was hard af. Lucky for us it was just the two of us in a 6 sleeper. Had we been more guests it would have been unpleasant to stay in kokerboom due to this. But since it was just the two of us, we had one terrible night of rest and a second lovely night. The beds really need replacing, and the road need some tar or paving. Overall though, I'd go again! The seclusion, peace and serenity, being completely isolated in nature is just amazing. The beautiful views with your morning coffee will take your breathe away.

Loved the home overall: the indoor jacuzzi with adjustable temperature, the fireplace and complete privacy was so great. We stayed at kokerboom and it had towels, fire lighters, braai equipment, an ice maker, juicer, a huge fridge. and all other kitchen necessities. The water seemed a bit murky so be sure to pack in your drinking water. Definately take everything you need along with for the trip, including your own hairdryer, it isnt included. If you're staying for a while maybe bring some hangers along with you. There isnt any drawers or shelving to put your clothes, just a pole without hangers. It does however have a shelve on top. .

Wow! Wow! Wow! This was our favourite week of our entire holiday. The peace and tranquility of Wolfkop Nature Reserve is something you have to experience yourself. Harpuis was exactly what we were hoping for and more. A clean comfortable house with each room having its own ensuite to accommodate a group with a pool, spa, indoor braai area and a kitchen with everything you need. The view of this spectacular location was breathtaking. Away from the hustle and bustle to take in nature at its best. We loved our stay and will be back. Thank you.

The trail was a bit confusing. We got lost a couple of times.

The place was very nice and secluded. Everything was clean (pots, utensils, rooms, toikets). The shower pressure was great. The jacuzzi stayed hot during our stay. I would come back again, it's really value for money.

Well, the geyser ruptured on the first day so we didn't have hot water but with outside temperature of 37deg it wasn't a problem. These things happen from time to time, part of adventure :)

Excellent location, beautiful views, lovely splash pool, very comfortable large house with all amenities necessary.
