Great vibe - everybody smiles, the spaces are inviting and the free breakfast is the real deal. Decor is minimalistic industrial chic. Best location possible - right next to the restaurant and bar strip, one block from the beach. Free underground parking.

South AfricaWindtown Lagoon hotel was amazing. Great location and centrally located with walking distance to shops and beach. Stayed in a triple room which was very convenient. The dinner was great and staff were super friendly. The breakfast was included in the price and was great value for money. The spa experience was exceptional and the ladies who looked after us (Zoe and Lauren) were wonderful and we had such a lovely massage, sauna and scrub. Will definitely come again and stay. Great experience overall.

Awesome staff attended to all our needs and a little extra at times. We stayed for 10 nights and left with a very sore heart. Everything was perfect. Will definitely go back as soon as possible. Well done to all the management and staff for your professionalism and hospitality.

I liked the location close to the beach and close to lovely restaurants. We also found the 15min. Drive to West Coast National park very good. The rooms itself was good value for money and the bed was big and comfortable. We had all we needed.

South AfricaI can't really say i didn't like anything and im not sure if further down there is a spot for suggestions but here goes: Maybe for winter add some torch heaters in the outside sitting area of the restaurant and pool area, will create a more cosy feel. Even a firepit in the pool lounge area could be good
I really loved the calm and serenity your hotel provided for me- much needed r&r on my side. Sounds crazy but my favourite part when we arrived was that the place was extremely clean (love this- deal breaker for me sometimes). and equally that it was a no smoking zone. (although to point out , i did see a few people vaping- not sure if the no smoking policy covers vaping as well. It should in my opinion). Food options were good, decent potions and not overly pricey which i appreciated. More subjective, but i loved that it was off season with minimal guests- just the right amount for me
