The place was spotless and cozy, with a heated blanket/bed that made our stay extra comfortable. Although it was just a quick stop, the host went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect. She kindly arranged our dinner in advance, making a reservation and even placing the order before we arrived. Throughout, she was warm, attentive, and thoughtful, coordinating every detail seamlessly. What touched us most was that she even followed up after we checked out to ensure we reached our next destination safely. This kind of genuine care and service is rare, and it truly made us feel special. Highly recommend!

1 min away from Marine Dymamics where you can do shark cage diving and marine big 5 tours, 15 min away from Hermanus in a small village giving you an authentic south african experience with amazing views from the porch. The host is amazing realy helpful and kind accomodated all our request for late check i and early che k out even insisted we xome back agter the tour to have a shower and coffee and rest before we head on. Highly recomended!!

This gorgeous accommodation is central to all activities and attractions that Gansbaai has to offer. As I arrived, I was greeted warmly by Nandi, who escorted me to my sea-side aesthetic room, and showed me what the property had to offer. The room had absolutely nothing short. A beautiful balcony with a stunning view of the beach and the town, a big luxurious bed to lay your head after a long day out on the beach. The double shower and bath is actually what stood out for me the most! I absolutely loved everything. I thought it would be cold at night since there is no aircon/ heater but there is a panel heater and the bed is also equipped with electric blankets so I was as snug as a bug! I also loved that there were communal areas for guests to use and that there was lots of coffee, rusks and other goodies to enjoy. I’m sorry that I had to miss a breakfast that is known to be exceptional, but I’m sure using it as an excuse to come back very soon. Thanks to Nicola and her wonderful team.

Nothing - it was perfect.

The house was conveniently located next to the major Shark Dive Shops. The owner helped me book our shark dive at a great rate. We had the sea view room on the 2nd floor and it was very spacious. The patio was nice and provided a nice view of the bay area. The bathroom was very large and we had great hot water and strong wifi. The breakfast provided was tasty and sufficient. The hosts go out of their way to communicate and ensure you have a pleasant stay. We would love to return and stay here again someday.

Beautiful house with a charming cottage located just across from a magnificent restaurant and the renowned marine safari provider, Marine Dynamics. The hosts are absolutely lovely and gracious, and the breakfast served was incredibly delicious and varied. They generously share fantastic tips for excursions, beaches, cafes, and all kinds of advice. My family and I absolutely loved this place and can wholeheartedly recommend it. We felt completely at home and left with heavy hearts when it was time to move on.

Nothing was a turn off, really. I accept Gansbaai is a safe place, but I was slightly concerned about the open parking. Nothing negative transpired though.

The Room was spacious and had an excellent view of the ocean. The entire establishment is spotlessly clean. We enjoyed the peace and quiet. The staff are super friendly and very helpful. The Breakfast was very enjoyable and had sufficient variety.

Breathtaking views, super spacious bedroom and bathroom (with double shower heads and a bath tub). Location was ideal for shark diving and away from the busier streets of Gansbaai, which made it more relaxing. Hosts were exceptional, providing great recommendations and service.
