The staff who greeted us could barely speak english and had a screaming toddler with her that was very unpleasant and we could hear the screaming from our room. This went on during our breakfast the next morning as well. They did not have various breakfast items on the menu available the next morning either.

The location is excellent within walking distant to a few lovely beaches. The view from our room was beautiful. Staff were friendly and helpful and breakfast was fresh and tasty.

As a suggestion, there could be snacks in the honesty bar, which is a great idea and really well stocked in the drinks department by the way.

We really enjoyed our stay. It is a lovely place, perfect for families, with cozy bedrooms, great breakfast, right next to the beach and we really appreciated the help of Elsa in making our stay a very comfortable one.

Nothing to complain about.

This hotel is a family run business and is very personal compared to a corporate large business enterprise. Elsa and Lisa made us feel like we were very welcome at their home. The hotel has a feeling of class and is very relaxed but professional. There is a large lounge and a self-service bar, a terrace overlooking the sea and a small private garden patio. Nothing was too much trouble and the hosts were ready to give advice and recommend local places to visit. The room was comfortable, with tea and coffee, water, a fridge and TV, hair dryer and shower gel, shampoo and lotions provided as well as large fluffy towels and even beach towels. Breakfast was excellent and served in the dining room with a perfect sea view. The hotel is in a great location with easy access to Boulders beach, Simons Town and Cape Point NP, but far enough from town that it was peaceful and quiet after dusk.

Great ocean views, a lovely stay, amazing location, you are just across the street from the nearest beach. The rooms have great design. The dining area is also nice, you can have breakfast with the view of the bay.

Rooms are spacious and clean. Staff were friendly. This was a last minute booking and they were so accommodating allowing late night check-in.

The carpets of the room are in need of an upgrade. The weather was cold when we stayed so one of us enjoyed a bath that evening. By the next morning, we had no hot water. The person that greeted us was pleasant and polite but could benefit from some hospitality training as she was very matter of fact. Once she had done her mental checklist of things she disappeared. Secure parking available but manoeuvring can be tight, so go with a small car ideally.

We had a beautiful sea view room. Both the bathroom and the bedroom were clean and well decorated. Breakfast was good and the waitrons really nice and friendly. They also made really nice cappuccinos. Hotel seems to be in a quiet location. We went out of season, so very few people staying, which was nice to get away from the hustle of tourists. This also means you have to drive to get dinner etc.
