Would prefer a toilet not open with room. Did have a wooden portable screen which provided visual privacy, so not a big issue.

Location and situation were fantastic. Direct view of sea right below was amazing and very close to centre of town with all shops and restaurants nearby. All Staff were lovely and went above and beyond. Loved the courtesy bar too!

Small pool with only 4 sun beds

The most amazing view of Hermanus Bay - free bar, beautiful room and bathroom . Staff went above and beyond to welcome us and offer any advice . Location to Hermanus was great - 5 min safe walking distance restaurants to the many restaurants in the square .

We really really loved this Hotel, best on our trip this year, everything about is was fantastic. We booked for the location and it was perfect - you could safely walk into Hermanus and around the cliffs to Whale watch. The view from the downstairs breakfast and open plan sitting room was spectacular. The view from our room was breathtaking. Our room was spacious, beautifully decorated and soooo comfortable, we could have spent hours watching the ever changing ocean. The location of the hotel, outside the centre of Hermanus is peaceful and quiet and in 5 mins you can walk to restaurants and the busy centre. The room took our breath away - it was stunning and the owners had thought of everything to ensure a very comfortable stay in luxury. If you are driving they have a secure parking area. The owners are lovely hosts and we enjoyed a drink at their bar taking to other guests. This is a gorgeous happy place, run immaculately with a lovely team who genuinely want to ensure your trip is a delight …and it was. We will definitely be back.

Récently built, this property is a gem that combines beautiful rooms and an exceptional warm welcome and service. The yellow rose suite that we occupied is simply fantastic. Excellent breakfast. We loved the proximity with restaurants: 5 to 10' walk. We can't wait to come back !

It's expensive for a B&B. There was a free bar which is great if you are a big drinker and but the pool is just a plunge pool and the cost was double that which we paid in other, equally lovely guesthouses.

Amazing guesthouse on the cliffs overlooking the sea. The rooms all have a wall of windows overlooking the bay and the bathroom was huge and well appointed. The breakfast was excellent. The location is fabulous and it's an easy walk into town.

Although we also had great views from our room, I would have preferred one of the rooms with a front verandah instead of the side verandah.

Breakfast was lovely every morning, as I have special dietary needs which was attended to each morning by the very friendly ladies in the kitchen. Management are warm and friendly people, it was a memorable stay. Baking something each afternoon was also so special. The facility is well located, with lovely views, and the decor is well thought out. Overall a comfortable stay.

Nothing. They simply thought of everything we could imagine. And then some.

Spectacular. There is no other word. We travel a lot, but once in a while, an accommodation manages to exceed all expectations. This one did. The lovely furnished room, the bed with view of the ocean, and even of whales. The very, very decadent breakfast. The little personal touches like a small toiletry bag. The staff, the bar.. It feels like home away from home, but a thousand times more luxurious. A true treat!
