We wanted to swim, but swimming pool was not in a good state. Shower head on room 1 is old, cannot distribute water accordingly and no soap holder.

Owner was very friendly on phone calls. Care taker was friendly as well. Wifi was working. Actually enjoy our stay there.

The road to the guest house has lot of potholes. You just need to be extra carefully driving there

we had a bit of a struggle to get into the guesthouse facility when we arrived for the check in. there ain't a ring or other stuff. after several times horn blowing and shaking the entrance gate someone finally noticed us.

when we finally made it inside the gate, check in procedure was superfast, not even a double-check of our booking, I liked that.

Consider putting up curtain over bathroom window because security light outside very bright and shines in through bathroom window and lights up the room.

The wifi wasn't working. The directions do not take you to the location. The rooms had a lot of bugs in them and one room had several bugs in the sheets.

The best part about this place is the location. Very close to a Pilanesburg gate. The rooms are comfortable. The price is reasonable.

The air conditioner was dusty the dust ended up on the bed and the room was full of dust from it. There was also an bad smell coming from next door

No signage on the road. No door separating the bedroom from the bathroom- offers no sense of privacy. No breakfast offered since there are no restaurants around. Unavailability of staff in the morning when checking out. Poor Wi-fi connection. No irons in the rooms.

Need to check that each room has 2 of the cutlery etc you supply. You obviously don't have enough cutlery ! It is very irritating to have only one cup.when you want coffee first thing in the morning, when no staff is around. We were 4 and needed 4 of everything for Braaing...Etc Only had 3 glasses, 3 knives, and 3 cups To tidy up it's intrusive to put things in cupboards e.g. tooth brushes Etc. A shelf in the bathroom to put it on would be better...searching for my toothbrush was annoying and I didn't like the feeling it had been handled. Certain other things left on the counter top were put in the cupboard.It felt like stuff was missing as we walked back into the room... . As many people are there for game driving. A staff member (dressed) being around in the morning would be helpful. Especially on check-out morning we had to find someone to let us out . It was past 7 am. Staff not around much at all. Also there was construction going on.. Surely on a long weekend when you are fully booked it could stop.in the evening when most guests want to relax. It was noisy.

The bed is a little bit too short for people taller than 170cm

Perfectly situated and just a 5 minutes drive to the Manyane Gate of Pilanesberg! The room is big enough to stow all of your belongings and we also had a full set of cutleries and plates for two, a microwave and a fridge to prepare breakfast or a small lunch/dinner!
