The place needs some TLC!swimming pool was dirty,deckchair was broken.LOTS of flies in dining room,LOTS of mosquitos!!!Room was not ready on time,they moved us-felt like a downgrade!Matress needs replacement,very old&hard!Did not like the dirt road to Hotel...see they busy paving it?Staff are friendly,but things do not get done as promised...maybe they need little training?

location is great,peacefull!!Like the choice of two restaurants on premises,one informal,one more formal.Food was great.

I chose the wrong room so had no view. I was hoping to have a Pizza but was very surprised that teh Piza resturant closed at 16:00 on a weekend ?

The place is magnificent, the staff were amazing, really friendly and so helpful. The pool and other facilties were fantastic. I really felt like i was on holiday. Lovely place

A really lovely stay. The guesthouse is rustic but with modernities. The facilities and well kept and our room had the most beautiful views of the wine land and majestic mountains. Staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful throughout our stay. Will definitely be coming back.

The only the was that the shower warm water gets cold very quickly not even both of Us could shower ❄️🚿🤭

No fire place in the room. No view from the room, blocked by an unnecessary wooden fence.

Peaceful ambiance and beautiful views. The food was delicious, very professional and kind staff. Our room was beautiful, my daughter loved the double bunk bed with its own light and charging socket.

A buffet breakfast would have been better than off the menu. Water in the rooms would have been nice. Clearer signage would have been better

Stunning setting.... Management and staff were excellent...... ...with management taking time to ensure we could watch Denmark in an Euro 2024 game ,...don't ask me how but it happened

I didn't like that there was a coffee plunger in the room that I had to basically roast my own coffee. Instant coffee would have been preferred.

The place was clean and tidy. The staff was very friendly and accommodating. The breakfast was really good. I really like this location it is away from everything, I really enjoyed the peace and quiet.

Unfortunately, our view was blocked by a wooden fence. Not a major issue, as we spent a lot of time at the Grillroom restaurant and the Pizza place onsite. My only complaints relate to The Grillroom Restaurant. Both nights we were there, certain menu items were unavailable. I can understand that it could be difficult to cater for everything, especially during the week. However, then they should give less options and ensure everything is available. The first morning we arrived for breakfast around 9:15. Even though they said BF would be available till 10, they started clearing the buffet as we walked in. We then ordered from the menu, which was good but the portions were quite small. Especially the health breakfast. The last complaint was the fact that they ran out of red wine. We couldn't do a wine tasting, and couldn't even order red wine with dinner! On a wine farm....?

A little off the beaten track, but that’s also what makes it so peaceful

Beautiful scenery, perfect room and excellent food. It was sad to see so few guests, but it was mid week, but despite this all facilities were fully functioning

The water temperature for the shower, just remained luke warm, not really heating up or getting warm water

The room was disappointing for the price. I couldn't sleep in the double bed, it was so, VERY uncomfortable. Just having a 30min rest on it gave me a sore back. Luckily we had been given a room with 2 single beds so my daughter and I could sleep on one each. Those beds were better, but still not great. The bathroom was also disappointing. I asked for a bath, but it was so tiny, neither my 6ft daughter nor I couldn't enjoy a relaxing bath at all. I was also sad to have a room at the back of the building with no view at all. I chose the venue, especially because of the views.

The food was wonderful. The staff were exceptional. All of them, but Steward, a new employee, was particularly wonderful and went over and above, to make us feel welcome.
