I arranged a surprise of roses to make the occasion special for my wife and for some reason the person who carried our bags felt the need to take us on a tour of the accommodation, but really was super unnecessary and this kind of ruined the surprise.

The service was spectacular. I booked the sunset game drive, this being my third time, and it was still such a surprising and enjoyable experience. It seems every time the game drive has something unique to it, which is a great treat. Apart from the highlight of our stay, the game drive, the facilities are clean and beautiful and the staff are attentive and kind.

There could be some lighting leading up to the pathway to the room. The menu at the restaurant is not updated meaning they still had items which were no longer available. It was disappointing when trying to order. Also, breakfast on checkout was very disappointing! The meals we ordered did not have the main ingredients which made the meal bland and ordinary. We were not even informed that they did not have the main ingredients as per menu until I asked.

Loved the staff, very professional and they make sure you are comfortable. The room is lovely and ideal for quick getaway. The massages were excellent in a beautiful setting. We also took the game drive which was simply awesome. Andrew, our guide is extremely knowledgeable, patient and welcoming. The meals were excellent, well prepared and generous. At my request, the staff arranged a special dinner set in my room and brought the meals as we needed. Very nice experience.

To be honest nothing. Just a little bit of a wait for dinner but that is because they had groups. We then took the food to our room and it was worth the wait.

The food was delicious. Dinner and breakfast. It is the perfect place to go for a staycation. Just to go for a breather.

We couldn’t enjoy our breakfast outside because of the monkeys , so I wish they can look into putting some kind of enclosure to keep them out.

Pretty much everything …. It gives you an escape from the city. Clean and extremely friendly but very professional staff. A special shout out the lady that took us for the gave drive , her name starts with “Pre”…. She made it so special for us.

Beautiful setting overlooking the Magaliesberg mountains. Exceptional staff. Wonderful spacious and comfortable rooms. The Spa was excellent. All meals were delicious. We will definitely be back.
