The room was good. The breakfast at the restaurant was very good. Very noisy late at night from revelers at a local pub on the Saturday.

The room we stayed in was VERY small. It is not at all clear that it is that tiny from the photo's. An indication of this up front would have managed our expectation better as the majority of the photo's show big rooms with lots of natural light. The linen can do with an upgrade as the towels were quite tatty and we had a pillow case which seemed to either have had a stain or burn mark from an iron.

The staff are exceptionally friendly and helpful. The location is a bonus with lots of restaurants in walking distance. The breakfast was really good and the caffe which it was served at was lovely, with very friendly staff.

i was worried that central Hermanus would be noisy but the severe loadshedding meant it was quiet. Sunday breakfast was poor but the weekday breakfast venue was excellent.

The noise from the street was pretty loud. Especially on the Saturday night as I’m assuming some people were making their way home & were very very loud outside. I know it isn’t the Inn’s fault & that’s the price you pay for being in the center of the town.

The staff were so friendly & we felt so safe! Our car was parked safely inside the gates the whole time as were were able to walk easily to everything around us. The breakfast vouchers were amazing & we loved that we got to try 2 different restaurants for the 2 mornings we spent there - delicious food, great coffee & great service. It was a perfect spot for a little weekend getaway.

The place is tired. Bathroom could do with an update. Shower door so narrow ,any one of bigger size would not be able to get in.

Location not ideal, middle of town. Adverts are a little misleading. Rooms small and shower small. No garden or a place to sit out side. Not all channels on DSTV working.

We didn’t take the breakfast which is at a nearby cafe as there were limited choice offered (didn’t see vegetarian option etc)

We booked the ‘budget double’ for one night and it was fine for the short time we were there - but very small so wouldn’t have been suitable for a longer stay. Great location and clean.

No Aircon, and the room under the roof was heated up from sunshine during daytime. For leaving or entering in the evening, one has to unlock the door gate and the padlock for the gate of the parking lot.

The location is great, in short walking distance to the old harbor and many restaurants. English breakfast was good, but at a place in 3 minutes walking distance, starting at 8 am.

Room very claustrophobic, shower tight to get in, the main gate needs to be automated, not safe to unlock chains , open gate then close gate, just felt very dated and not what I expected.

The rooms was very hot. We bought an 3xtra fan, take one along with you if you go in summer. Beds was soft.

The location is unmatched for teenagers wanting to walk to shops. But it is quite noisy for adults wanting quite. There is quite from your kids possible, nut not from noise. The club nearby did go totally quite at a reasonable time. The Plato's coffee right oposite. The ease of coming in and out and so in town, your teens can walk while you sleep.

As it is a loft room the sound insulation is not 100% Could faintly hear a cough from the neighbours.

Facilities were very clean and the location was outstanding. Easy and safe walking distance to Waterfront restaurants.

Close proximity to a noisy bar. Unit much smaller than depicted on photos. Small bathroom with awkward shower entrance. Being upgraded to upstairs meant we heard the large flags and poles blowing loudly in the wind. Note this property is located slightly off the road between commercial properties. Dont expect any awsome views

The night included breakfast the next morning and the place and food was lovely but when something says breakfast is included, you think its all included in the cost. We got a R60 per person voucher but nothing on the menu is to that value forcing you to pay the difference. I feel this should have been communicated to us before.

It was clean comfortable and the location was great. The staff was also very friendly and helpful.

No aircon in room and verry small space to move next to bed. Only ceiling fan that dont work so good and only with Escom power on !

Its central , but kots off late niggt noise from pubs an niggtclubs music .
