Water pressure was very low, showering was very difficult. For a "President Suite" you would expect higher maintenance level (i.e. loose fittings, blown light bulbs, cracks in the walls etc) and more clothes storage facilities.

Very friendly and professional staff. Ndaba and his team are super. Location is great, close to Highway but still very quiet at night. Safe place with proper gate control.

The bed in the presidential suit is amazing! Literally felt as if I was melting into that bed, and I never wanted to wake up. Loved the heat level in the jacuzzi, too. Everything about this place was beautiful.

Breakfast was egg, beacon and bread but just needed more options and variety of foods.

I liked everything!!! From the friendly smiling staff at the entrance right to the reception area. I absolutely loved the pathway with the main feature the “the taxi” to the beautifully furnished interior decorations in the room and dining area.

We traveled for work early in the mornings to attend our congress. But the property did not offer an option "without breakfast", and they only serve breakfast after 8am. It would have been much better to be able to chose accommodation without breakfast, or at least provide us with something to take for the road- Just a suggestion because a lot of other places does that. But otherwise really well organized.

The unit was lovely, clean and very arty. The staff was friendly, and we loved the fact that there was a security guard at the gate 24 hours. The room was well stocked and comfortable.

Breakfast was rather a little dry ,hard bacon to be specific..only juice is offered,Tea is available as an extra for a charge.Joburg mornings are cold for Juice option.But I ate all my food because why not,I was happy to be there..maybe it was a one day mistake .Chef meant no harm but can exercise caution next time.iam coming back soon
