Location is perfect for couples or family getaway. The staff was marvellous, they close main gate at 20:00 and we arrived an hour late but they had arranged a late night dinner for us and made sure we were sorted. Food is also amazing.

The hard bench seats on the game vehicle could be replaced by individual padded bucket-type seats i.e. these are available for fitting at reputable Land Rover service centres. The shower in Number 26 shocked us when we turned off the tap. We reported it on Day 1, the lodge said they had attended to it, but on Day 2 the same thing was happening. I see from somone elses's review that the same thing happened to them in Number 27.

The breakfast was on par with most hotels rated at this level. The location is very convenient i.e. 5 minutes from Hoedspruit so it is a good link between Kruger Park and Gauteng.

There wasn't much to dislike, however we were offered an upgrade before we arrived. I was hesitant but accepted. I found the upgrade was actually a downgrade as I preferred the room I had originally booked. The rooms and bathrooms are very basic but adequate.

Security was good, the reception, dining and entertainment areas are great. The food was very good, we dined outside next to the boma/fire pit. We had an awesome early morning game drive with Jaco, we had good sightings, especially the lions. The breakfast was amazing, staff are friendly and helpful. The ducklings are adorable

The property is beautiful I like their spa as well as afternoon game drive Mr Chris was the best for taking us around on a game drive ohhh how can I forget the BOMA dinner after the game drive it was perfect

There's no tv. I would have appreciated a 2nd water bottle in room.

Staff was top tier friendly, hands-on, pro-active man I don't know when last I received such awesome service. Keep it up guys.

A nice soft music that allows people to talk and still hear each other without shouting would be nice. Also, the variety in terms of food should be widened to allow us sufficient choice.

I liked the Boma setup. The fire made the area to be warm and welcoming. The drinks as well were sufficient thus making the guest to be happy and experience value for the money they paid.

There’s absolutely zero I can fault

Great value for what you pay. All the staff members are great. The service is top notch, the accommodation was exactly what I expected. The game drives were good, and worth the full board. Food was good too. I really can’t fault anything. Really enjoyed the stay. It’s a nice get away from the buzzing concrete jungle. There’s no cellphone signal, so you use WIFI in your room and the common areas. A great get away

It's not child friendly, I can not refer someone who want to go with a child the as it's doesn't accommodate the child.

Breakfast was bad. We had the same item for breakfast three mornings in a row. Kindly consider adding a variety to the menu. The spa experience did not meet our expectation, it felt like the money spent was not justified.

Dinner was perfect!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!All three nights the chef did exceptional well. The lowlight was having to busy drinks.

This place is more suited to couples, groups and those who have their own transport because its very remote and there is not.much to do after sunset. I will not recommend it for solo travelers.

The staff there was amazing, welcoming and always there to assist. They were so efficient and fast, from those at the reception to those serving breakfast and dinner and those cleaning the room, they were all fabulous. The game drive was great. Dinner and breakfast were also good. They arranged for me halal food which I highly appreciate.
