Each review score is between 1 and 10. To get the overall score you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of them. We use a weighted review system, which means the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. Guests can also give separate “subscores” in crucial areas like location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value, and free Wifi. Note that guests submit their subscores and overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
- Politically sensitive comments
- Promotional content
- Illegal activities
- Personal or sensitive info (e.g. emails, phone numbers, credit card info)
- Swear words, sexual references, hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, or references to violence
- Spam and fake content
- Animal cruelty
- Impersonation (i.e. if the writer is claiming to be someone else)
- Any violation of our review guidelines.
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.
An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

The location from the airport was fast and safe. The host were great. The room and the bedding was exceptionally clean.

Just that there is no ventilation at all given the fact that the room is just too small. No suction fans in the bathroom and the door to the bathroom was falling, proper door is needed. If they could fix that the facility would be much better.
Friendly staff, the room was clean with clean towels, with own bathroom. I could book again if given another chance .

I hate everything about that property, the water was cold before we all share same shower, that’s unhygienic
I liked nothing about the property, false advertising what’s on the picture is not what you get, this is a commune where everyone share a toilet and a bathroom 😭😭😭

The place is not well kept. The doors dont close unless you lock. The bathrooms are shared which was not specified. The place is just not clean. Under my bed were old trash to show that they don't clean. The bedding was wrinkled. But for paying as little as I did, ai didn't expect much. But cleanliness is what I expected at the very least. The water was cold most times, the shower didn't have a door. It was just a lot.
It is in a quite area.

Staff members making a noise till late at night outside the rooms ..
Absolutely pathetic service from staff .. upon checkout there was not a single staff member to be found anywhere on the property .. It is not s bnb .. its an old beat up house that they rent the rooms inside out as a bnb .. pool is green and the gate does not work , its been switched to manual and is very heavy to push open and closed ..

The water was always cold and inconsistent flow, the kitchen construction started at 7am on Sunday with no warning; not a great way to wake up

There was no mirror in the room And the shower head presure was not strong enough. For the price of the stay it was not to bad. With a few renovation here and there the place has hidden potential to be even more great.

The place is simple but super comfortable, the hosts are very friendly and helpful, very fun time spent with them, we had a barbecue with the other guests too, such a nice day.. I needed a place near the airport so it was perfect, affordable prices, they are still remodeling some parts of the building but highly recommended!!

The hotel is located in a quite place where the shopping centre is only a 5 minutes drive. The place is clean and the hosts are incredibly spectacular. The shower always has hot water and the bed is very comfortable.

I would like a mirror in the room. Also a little carpet infront of the bed when you step out of bed the tiles are very cold on the feet. When I showered the whole floor was wet, I steped out in the water. A curtain infront the bath will help and a bathroom mat to step on when you climb out will be very nice. I had to use the towls to clean up the floor.
I liked the neatness and the room and bathroom was clean.

The bathroom Shower handle broken andyje bath is not clean. No scrub available to scrub or wash the bath after a bath or after a shower But there's a room for improvement as the facility is being renovated
