Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. United Kingdomthe fact that you don't offer bacon. At least be upfront that you don't serve pork products. No everyone doesn't prefer them. I also asked if I could warm my food in the microwave and was denied because it was instruction given to staff. Although the food was left overs from previous night's Rockefeller restaurant. I would understand if they refused because it was from another restaurant.

Friendly staff, nice welcoming upon arrival. Clean room, great design, good showers. Good space for a night or two if visiting the CBD of Cape Town.

The front desk was friendly. We arrived a day early for our tour and they were able to keep us in the same room between the two reservations. The room is comfortable and good size.

NigeriaShower in master bedroom drained very slowly and so water pooled while bathing. The drains smelled quite bad in the living room. Wasn't obvious on the first day because of the air freshener but came out stronger in subsequent days.
The suite was like home away from home. Super spacious and functional. perfect for a family of 4 or more and value was impressive relative to the price. Beautiful views of Table mountain and the city. Central location - you can reach the VA Waterfront in minutes and the CTICC is just round the corner. TV entertainment was great - lots to watch for the family. Highly recommend.

Our stay at Rockefeller was memorable. Ashish helped us in having an adjacent room as we booked two rooms and we even had an upgrade. Rooms were very clean and comfortable. Buffet Excellent. Security at the door and concierge were always welcoming ready to help.

We were in town for the rugby and enjoyed every aspect of this hotel. The staff was so professional the experience was good and will definitely be back. Our room was 1515 and the room was in excellent state. Clean very clean. We had a issue with Netflix and when we contacted the front desk , within a few minutes a technician was there to sort out the problem. We interacted with a group of foreigners o tour and we had a good breakfast with them.

South AfricaThe hotel restaurant was very disappointing. We booked a table for two, but when we arrived, there was no one to greet us. The staff members were engaged in their own conversation and did not offer assistance until we asked. They merely pointed to a table and left us to sit down on our own. We waited almost 20 minutes before anyone came to take our order. After placing our order, we experienced further delays, waiting for our drinks, our food, and then being told that the pasta we ordered was unavailable. When it was time to pay, we had to stand up and go to the counter to settle the bill ourselves. Overall, the service was poor, and I would not recommend this restaurant to others.
I enjoyed my stay at the hotel. The check in process was very easy and the room was lovely. My sister and I spent time in just enjoying the space. I will gladly come back here.
