We slept overnight and it was extremely windy, causing the shutters to bang loudly all night. If they can be secured when the units are not occupied, it would prevent the all-night noise.

Property and rooms in excellent condition and the view from our room over the pool was magic. The massage at the Spa was perfect and the staff were very accommodating.

Overall everything from the setting (Buildings, Garden, Pool) has a very positive calming effect. Staff very attentive.

Shower sprays all over ones hair. Bathroom cold and drafty.

Everything was good except frozen prepared food that was obvious unfrozen and then heated up.

Its unfortunately not in a nice part of Robertson. Very close to the CBD, we heard a lot of late night shouting, hooting and car revving on the Saturday night and certainly couldnt walk around the area outside the hotel.

Our room was next to the bar and there was a soundtrack on a loop constantly, even when the bar was empty. We asked for it to be turned off but it kept being turned on again

The Roberson Small Hotel & Spa was amazing. The property is breathtaking and the friendly staff made our stay extra special. I would like to mention Elizabeth one of the staff members, her special attention to client experience and her willingness to help was exceptional. We definitely plan on coming back to this property

The photos of the rooms are misleading as they group different room types together. We were told this was down to booking.com not the hotel, so be aware. Superior suite is a stable suite, king suite is a pool suite

This is an amazing hotel. We have stayed before (and in the same room!) and have decided it will be a definite for every visit we make to South Africa. A wonderful place to chill in a variety of places and the pools are a bonus. Loved the food as well as the complimentary tea/coffee and cake in the afternoon.

We liked everything except for the breakfast and dinner diversity and presentation. I compare this with other 5 star establishments and hence know what I'm talking about. What was annoying was I ordered 2 different red wines, and both were out of stock. They had not been replenished in time. On a very positive note, was that we met a trainee, Chante Lakey, who treated us and served us exceptionally well. When we arrived for breakfast the first morning, she came us, introduced herself, and said she is a trainee. We have never experienced that before. We are convinced Chante will - with further guidance - developed to a superb service ambassador. We wish her all the very best for her future.

The hotel and grounds are beautiful. We had a pool room which was really nice. Lovely to be able to jump in the pool from the room deck. The food was really good and plentiful. Would definitely recommend.
