We stayed there as a Hockey team during a tournament. We were welcomed with a friendly face and shown our rooms. The beds were super comfortable and exceeded our expectations based on the price we paid. The place was kept clean and the lady was super friendly every morning, even though she needed to clean up after us every day. I would recommend Owl House this to anybody coming to PE.

The house was neat and exceeded our expectations in terms of facilities and requirements for day to day. We were 3 x families with children and everything we needed was at hand.

Beds in room 7 were uncomfortable. No PowerPoint near the bed making it difficult to plug phone while you are in bed.

Location was good. It's in a quiet suburb just a walking distance to Greenacres (mall). Staff were very nice and accommodating.

Room 1 is right next to the street and windows are not sound proof at all. The noise of the traffic is too much and makes you wake up early which you dont want to do when you are on vacation. Also, the wooden flooring does not help in controlling noise. This needs to be communicated to other guests in other units. We arrived after 14 hour long journey from Joburg, checked in at 8 30. At 10, the guests in Room 6 were knocking our doors that we are making too much noise. I tried to explain it to her that there are kids, we just checked in, please give us some time etc to her but she was rudely ordering me to make my kids go to sleep or she will call the police.

The house is very clean with ample beds and facilities for a comfortable stay. it is conveniently located to explore PE or continue your journey to Garden Route.

Unfortunately we came back from being out the whole day to the main door of our property unlocked! We left and locked everything and to come back to an unlocked door was not a good feeling- hoping everything was still fine inside wasn’t a good feeling at all. Security is crucial and if the staff can’t lock the door after cleaning - they have to get someone in to lock it! Fans/ aircons needed for summer - rooms on floor level have fans that are sooo noisy you can’t sleep with them on.

Perfect for our group! Lovely kitchen, beds were comfortable!

The scatter cushions on the couches were dirty as well as the table cloth ohhh no. Even the beds were hard as a rock.

The apartment is big enough for a family and the kids were able to run around. The apartment had 6 beds for a family of 4 😍😍😍

Suite 7: The only major drawback was the patchy wifi which kept disconnecting, causing a rather unpleasant Android TV-watching experience. The signal also kept dropping in some sections of the apartment. The noise coming from the road/sidewalk did somewhat interfere with watching TV but this was a minor issue.

Suite 7: The size and cleanliness of the apartment exceeded expectations and it was very well equiped with kitchen facilities. Also, the hot water never ran out while showering.

Easy to find and access. Host was friendly and accommodating and the guesthouse was clean and comfortable. We had a great overnight stay.
