South AfricaOnly thing I would recommend is to change to smart TVs in the future. We bought our own TV BOX so we can watch Prime /Netflix etc. They do have Dstv though. We stayed 6 nights , only the weelkend it was a bit loud in the area. But that is the downside of being central. In the week it was also no problem We enjoyed our stay very much.
A really nice Guesthouse/B&B Very clean and comfortable. Staff very friendly, accommodating and welcoming. Breakfast was also good . Beds are good and bathrooms modern. Location close to Mediclinic ans shops/restaurants.

The shower 🚿 and bathtub in our room 🛀 made the whole experience relaxed. The rooms are spacious. Location is excellent, close to the Main Malls like Waterfront and Mimosa. I can always come back here.

United Arab EmiratesMy first night, one of the guests did not close the drive-in gate completely 😕. Fortunately, I noted it and closed it completely. This is not on the guesthouse management, though as notices are up informing guests of this important safety requirement. Perhaps the management could consider putting a much larger size notice on the inner side of the gate itself?
Central location. Clean and well set up. Guests are free to come and go easily as each room is given a gate access remote. I felt and was safe as a single female traveller. The panic button in the room was reassuring as well. I'm very glad to have stayed there, even extended my stay another night.
