The location is good. We rode around the island using the bikes provided. Short walk to the water. Lots of privacy. Ample wood for the braai as well as the fireplace . The place is big enough that you can have your own space for a bit. The shower is the best, nice and high up, so it feels like you are in a waterfall . Tendai and Recent are both exceptional at what they do. Really made us feel welcome.

The private enclosed layout, perfect for pets Modern finishes, very well equipped, glorious shower Facilities are great! Pool, laundry, bicycle hire. Location is spectacular. Leisure Island is incredibly beautiful. Super close to the heads viewing points up the hill.

That I didnt stay longer! A nice big comfy couch would be great, but maybe not enough space. Outdoor couch or lounger?

Impeccable service by our host. Our unit is clean and well equipped for the stay. We had access to free bikes to explore the island, which was a nice touch. Highly recommended, and we would most certainly stay there again in future.

Tendai was just the best. She was very friendly and very accommodating. The place was lovely and the location was just so special

The Nest is a hidden gem and is really well located and equipped for holiday makers. The unit had everything needed for an overnight stop or longer break. Our stay was too short to make use of the SUPs and bicycles but really wonderful to have these available.

Having a sachet of ground coffee is always a plus but it would have been lovely to have enough for a second cup.

Stunning accommodation and friendly staff. We loved the facilities and made use of the bikes and kayaks. Recent was a wonderful host and helped with everything we needed. The area around is peaceful and quiet and the accommodation was peaceful, clean and everything we needed.

We loved everything. Only, the WiFi was poor and on the last day we had low water pressure.

The property was good with good hosts and very clean facilities. They even borrowed us cycles to explore the town.

Everything was perfect

Everything. Amazing host and staff. Room was perfect, clean, comfortable and equipped with all the essential things you need. Lots of free facilities to use including bikes and pool, but we especially loved trying out SUP when the tide was in. Leisure Island is a lovely, peaceful location, a short drive from Kynsna central/waterfront. Highly recommend the Nest, mostly because Tendai and the staff are so accommodating and helpful.

Upon arrival we were welcomed very warmly, which immediatly made us feel at home. The Nest is beautifully located on Leisure Island, providing bikes and canoes for free (we made use of both!!). Instructions were always very clear and communication was absolutely perfect. The accomodation provided everything needed, even recommendations for restaurants, breakfast and so on, which we found very thoughtful. Also everything was really clean and the bed was comfy - though a little small. We still got a good nights sleep and would definitely return. Thanks for having us!
