Lots of entertainment for kids, my daughter loved it. Good hospitality from the friendly staff. Loved that there was a shuttle to take us to Sun City and back.

South AfricaThe location and the facilities are stunning! I enjoyed everything about the resort, except for the 3 things: 1. The WiFi failed completely on my second day, so I couldn’t stream anything; 2. The studio apartment I was in (57B) shared a wall with another one (57A), and I couldn’t sleep with the sound of snoring from my neighbor, and I could hear everything they were saying, and they had the TV on from around 5:30 and I could never fall asleep with the noise it made, and his phone received messages the whole time every other minute and I could hear all those notifications tones. This means the sound proofing between unit sharing walls is very poor; and 3. The restaurant menu needs a lot improvement, and the service at both the restaurant and the cafe is frustratingly slow

South AfricaThe reception service could be better. They did not receive payment for my booking even though I paid. When I booked for padel on playtomic they could not see my booking either. Reception is a bit unhelpful and slow. Information regarding certain things example padel rackets and where to get it is not communicated effectively. It's minor issues that need to get sorted and if you get this sorted kingdome resort is a must go to place.
Kingdom resort is the perfect getaway for the family. Boasting a padel court kids activities and a heated pool. It is very close to pilanesburg nature reserve.

South AfricaThe food at the restaurant is a bit dated they really have to work on their menu ... the standard of the service is uncoordinated , waiters are running all over the show with no proper lay-out plan and that is frustrating, The Chef must also raise their game ... in particular I ordered a mixed grill he just threw the same barbecue basting on all the meats and therefore was really bad. the breakfast also needs some attention ...
Close proximity to Sun City , lots if activities and also they've added new stuff like rick climbing , new swimming pools , so they have invested on the property ... and its exciting . The travel to Sun City is also super cool.

It was a very costumer-centric experience. The staff were friendly everywhere. I really liked that when the scheduled game drives were fully booked they organized another one to accommodate the those of us who still wanted to enjoy. The whole spa experience (including booking) was very pleasant
