An Unforgettable Stay – Highly ! From the moment we arrived, we were struck by the beauty of the hotel and the exceptional care that has gone into maintaining its stunning gardens. The entire property is immaculate, blending elegance with a warm, welcoming atmosphere. The staff were absolutely outstanding – incredibly friendly and couldn’t do more to help. Always smiling, attentive, and genuinely eager to please, they made our stay feel extra special. The attention to detail throughout the hotel was remarkable, and it was clear that guest satisfaction is a top priority. The on-site restaurant was another highlight, coming very close to excellence with both its menu and service. Every meal was a delight. A particular thank you to Zanele and Kelemohang, whose kindness and joyful energy truly stood out and left a lasting impression on us. We highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a peaceful, luxurious, and memorable escape.

Staff was incredibly kind, warm and responsive. The property itself is just beautiful and this area of Constantia is exceptionally picturesque. Easy to get around to various sites from here. Really just a fantastic place!

Nothing, however late night menu, didnt give much of options to choose from as when asked always said couldn't honor and have alternate options.

Stay was amazing, if you like quiet locations and peaceful serenity, the hotel had a good attention to details and you're met with warm welcome on arrival. The facility is well situated and so many places to wander around. Restaurant and lounge were comfortable and beautifully decorated as it flows all together. The bed was comfortable and sheets were soft and smelled fresh, and room service is on point.

Cellars Hohenort was a marvellous experience . I found the staff ever willing to make my stay enjoyable. Beautiful location and the ambience was amazing. Food and wine was fist class.

It was truly a wonderful stay! The area is very safe and green. The hotel’s garden was like a little paradise—every corner was thoughtfully designed. I also loved the design inside. The fireplace was so cosy. The staff were kind and helpful. Both the restaurant and the breakfast exceeded my expectations—everything was delicious and beautifully presented. The champagne and wine left in our room were such a lovely touch. They paid so much attention to detail. It was my husband’s birthday and an early honeymoon for us. We were so glad to stay there. Everything was perfect. I can’t wait to come back!

Excellent location, exceptional gardens, great food. I found the restaurant a bit noisy because of the glass looking out onto the gardens. Perhaps if the used table cloths it would absorb some of the sound.
