We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

South AfricaIt’s a gated community , the gates are open till 11 PM except for the Main gate which wasn’t easy to find at night. My husband and I struggled to locate the Main gate until we were lucky enough to be directed by a security car. I suggest writing down clear directions for those of us that are new to the area. Other than that it was a very good place to stay

The Aviary is an excellent guesthouse. The owner (Annelie) is super friendly and very helpful. The rooms are neat and clean, with top-quality finishes and very quiet. The bathroom and the shower were really great. The Aviary is located near top-quality malls, shops, and hospitals, and the area is safe. Our stay at The Aviary was totally enjoyable and the highlight of the week!

South AfricaThe shower pressure didn’t work, couldn’t shower properly and didn’t have warm water. The bath was fine, but prefer to shower. There was also alot of small black ants, but thats everywhere, so that didn’t bother really, thought its worth a mention!
