Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

AustraliaAbsolutely awesome accommodation in a lovely quiet, treed suburb. It was spacious and felt like home away from home. The entrance was private, the kitchen was extremely well equipped with everything you need for self catering, the king size bed was very comfortable and the view from the cottage was great. I could not fault the accommodation, and the cherry on top was that it was serviced daily! Roy and Pete were fabulous hosts who couldn't do enough to make sure that the stay was comfortable. Thank you both and hope to see you again!

The only thing I would suggest changing is the host contacted us on the day of check-in but we had already started our journey (10hour drive) so didn't receive the messages until we arrived. Perhaps contacting the guest 24 hours before check-in might be useful.
The host left a small milk for tea/breakfast. The bed was extremely comfortable and large. The host greeted us on arrival and was very welcoming. Parking and property felt safe and spacious..the garden is very pretty. Great location.

United KingdomThere’s no Air Conditioning, which we knew, and at night the windows let in a nice breeze plus there is a fan, but it did get quite hot in the morning before we checked out.
Really safe location and we felt totally comfortable walking around the surrounding streets. Very clean and modern apartment with views of the owners beautiful garden. The owner / host is so friendly and helpful. He gave us lots of tips for our entire garden route trip and was all round a lovely person to chat to! Would definitely recommend!
