Nothing it’s soo perfect

Absolutely perfect in every way. You won't be disappointed in this beautiful lodge. Absolute paradise

This place was exceptional - I almost don't have words to sum up our stay. The location is breathtaking, the facilities were wonderful and the staff and owners were lovely. It was such a unique and special place to stay. It was incredibly clean and the breakfast was outstanding. One of, if not the, best accomodations we have stayed in - could not recommend it highly enough.

It’s a piece of heaven

Such a peaceful and unique tranquil location. Very beautiful and truly relaxing. If you can’t relax here you can’t relax anywhere. Lovely hosts and staff. Breakfast was also excellent.

Just be aware that being in this location you live amongst the natural flora and fauna.

Tamodi Lodge is next-level accommodation! The rooms are spacious and beautifully designed, with breathtaking views of the lush green hills of Plettenberg Bay. We were especially impressed by the wine cellar, where we could help ourselves to an amazing selection of wines at very reasonable prices. Breakfast was an absolute dream—not just because of the delicious food and coffee, but also the incredible service and stunning view. The owners are incredibly warm and welcoming, always happy to offer great advice to make your stay even better. One of these advices was going to Enrico's for dinner which now we also recommend. Their grilled prawns with lemon butter were to die for, and we saw dolphins. It was a scond time we stayed at Tamodi Lodge (last time 10 years ago) and we would love to come back again!

Amazing small hotel in wonderful setting overlooking an unsurpassable view over the forest. It exceeded all of our expectations. The staff were very helpful, in particular our hosts, who went out of their way to make us feel at home.

We stayed in one of the freestanding suites. It was perfectly equipped, maintained and gives lots of privacy. The owners, Owen and Lynne are great people that will make your stay unforgettable. If we ever go back to South Africa, we will stay again with them.

A privilege to have stayed at a wonderful and unique property. From the warm welcome to the stunning location, our stay was 10 out of 10. Attention to detail was the best I’ve experienced on our trip so far.

Tamodi Lodge was a great base base for exploring the Garden route - it is close to Tsitsikamma, Nature's valley and Robberg nature reserve. The room was very comfortable and the view from our suite was incredible! There is a wine cellar at the hotel so go and grab yourself a wine and light up the fire place in you room for a cozy evening. The service was impeccable and we felt very much at home. Our only regret was that our booking (3 nights) was too short!

Lovely spot overlooking the most gorgeous wooded valley. Lovely comfortable rooms and beds and charming staff. Lynne and Owen made us extremely welcomed and couldn't have been more helpful.

What a gorgeous place to stay everything on a grand scale. Lovely bedrooms with. Balconies and fabulous views waking up and lying in bed looking at the magnificent view. A lovely pool to cool off after a days adventure. Owen, lynne and family are wonderful hosts.

Lynne and the team were incredibly helpful before our stay even started and this continued throughout, with booking restaurants and making recommendations. We had just landed and were so grateful for the support! The photos of the lodge did not do it justice and we were blown away by how beautiful the grounds and facilities are! We Definitely recommend this as it’s perfect balance of mountain feel with easy access to plett!

It was paradise and some. Every little detail was considered. Totally luxurious. Lynne and her husband were fantastic hosts. The most amazing place.

Perfect in every was. Stunning setting. Coastline beautiful in the area.

Amazing views and perfect decor throughout the lodge. Lynne and Owen and the staff were so friendly and accommodating I just wish we had stayed longer. We will return. Just a magical place - and loved seeing their dogs at breakfast. Lynne arranged a delicious cheese and ham board for us when we arrived and Enrico's was closed and we didn't really want to go out. Enjoyed choosing some wine from their well stocked cellar. Enrico's just down the road is a great place to eat too.

That we only stayed two nights!

This place is really one of a kind. The accommodation and the rooms are spotless and the view is stunning. The Hosts, Owen and Lynne are super nice and make you feel so welcomed. The nature is perfect to relax in piece and quiet.
