The 3 Bedroom Apartment was Exceptionally Beautiful with the Jacuzzi. The staff was very friendly. I Loved the Place 😍💯✌🏾

My only pain was no restaurant and/or mini shop on site. Perhaps one day they can look at incorporating this; but its not a must with Mr Delivery also being super easy and there is the Spar just down the road which is open until 10pm.

Absolutely everything. Im at an absolute loss for words on what we experienced this weekend. The unit exceeded our expectations by 1000%. It was so clean, everything was fresh, from the bedsheets to pillows to blankets to towels, even the furniture was in an immaculate condition. The hosts were super friendly and helpful. The cleaning staff was always on point. The hot tub was an unexpected bonus which my kids loved. The put put course is lovely! The playroom and movieroom is stunning for kids. The beach is right there, the loungers are comfortable, the surroundings are quiet at night. Words is simply not enough, you need to go experience it for yourself! We will definitely be returning on multiple occassions.

What I didn’t like? Absolutely nothing! I have no complaints—just pure holiday bliss. If I had to find a problem, it would be that we eventually had to leave!

Margate Beach Club is hands down one of the best places I’ve stayed in a long time—and I travel a lot! The Three-Bedroom Luxury Apartment with Splash Pool was pure perfection. Spacious, modern, and equipped with everything you need for a top-notch holiday. The braai facilities are excellent, and the putt-putt course is a fun bonus. The deck chairs on the sand? Next level! And the best part—just step out of the gate, and you’re right on the sand. You can’t ask for a better location! Everything was spotless, well-maintained, and beyond expectations. If you want a stress-free, beachfront getaway, this is the place! Can’t wait to go back!

We live in Durban by the beach, we need aircons... ceilings fans dont work in peak summer. Aircons is a must and the sleeper bed wasn't a full sleeper bed.

Game rooms, pool , how close it was to the beach... the walk around all the facilities was short. well kept resort and very clean.

I thought I booked a sea facing room but when I got there it wasn’t sea facing. But I would probably call and double check next time

The lack of information like we had to pay cleaning fees for Sunday , There was small baby cockroaches in the bathrooms and bathroom that i noticed. Also the gaming room smells bad . Your showers could be scrubbed down a bit. I watched your cleaning staff they do not even rinse the dirt water out and they take the cleaning water from the kitchen sink instead of the bathrooms. The guy cleaning the plunge pool spat in it whilst cleaning it and he was shocked when he i saw what he did. I just feel that more attention should be given to house keeping staff. i think for the price we paid the house keeping was the worst. Playroom had a bit of a bad smell.

The breakage fee that must be in cash when you book in. But your refund only comes after 3 weeks. It is a bit long.

No lifts and we were on the second floor , also no balcony in our room its not specified on the app they said you must call and ask for a room with a balcony.
