At breakfast, the restaurant had run out of butter, so dry toast with jam or a dry muffin with jam, eventually I saw a plate of margarine being put out however margarine is not something which is on my list of foods. The coffee station was outside the breakfast room, inconvenient to have to order and wait for the coffee to be brought to the table.

The staff were all very pleasant, the evening meal was excellent.

The service was extremely slow. 20 mins for a coffee, more for a cocktail. Which were overpriced! The afternoon service at the pool was also bad. The restaurant had run out of almost all the menu items and this was a Saturday. I ended up eating a very sad club sandwich instead of the Philly cheese steak I wanted. Waffles were out of stock and most of the milkshake flavors out of stock. We were also told to vacate the pool for a private function. It was a bit unprofessional but luckily it was not for too long. Aircon in the room was very noisy sounded like a tractor.

Location and the pool were lovely 😍 The breakfast was also amazing. The Zepi night time food was exceptional especially and the mussels. The reception and staff in general were lovely.

The manner in which the staff runs this business gives me a sense that the hotel is closing down or been run down . Reception was super kind and welcoming however between the bar and restaurant the staff didnt show much interest . Imagine a big group not having something like hot chocolate in stock or have a board advertising drinks and when you ask for it we are told that they just advertising this so see if there demand . they dont have it. The alcohol beverages were either limited ,out of stock or not available . We are told we cant bring drinks in yet you guys fail to have the very drinks to sell to us . I once ordered shooters and waited 45min . Instead of the bar tender coming to me and advising there no stock i had to go to them only to be told there is no stock .Had i not went nobody would have bothered to check on us .

Had to call someone to fix the water as there was no hot water...also the bathroom light had some short...kept switching on and off.

The security should be upgraded, add a boom gate to the entrances and exits. During my stay, a lady who wasn't a guest and who wasn't a visitor, drove in and smashed into my rental vehicle. She was probably intoxicated, but we'll never know, because no one called the police, the security just let her leave. If there were better security measures in place, this probably could be avoided. Now I'm stuck with a huge bill from the rental company because that lady was not insured. However the manager was of great assistance in tracking the lady down. The hotel indemnifies themselves with signs at the entrance, so not their problem, just my bad luck.

The staff was great, always willing to assist. The food was good, but a little on the pricey side. The rooms were clean and comfortable. Could do with an upgrade on the aircons.

The property light in the bathroom was somewhat malfunctioning and that created disturbance at night.

The property was clean, it is closer to a lot of places which we went to.
