Each review score is between 1 and 10. To get the overall score you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of them. We use a weighted review system, which means the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. Guests can also give separate “subscores” in crucial areas like location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value, and free Wifi. Note that guests submit their subscores and overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
- Politically sensitive comments
- Promotional content
- Illegal activities
- Personal or sensitive info (e.g. emails, phone numbers, credit card info)
- Swear words, sexual references, hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, or references to violence
- Spam and fake content
- Animal cruelty
- Impersonation (i.e. if the writer is claiming to be someone else)
- Any violation of our review guidelines.
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.
An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.
Guidelines and Standards for Reviews

Despite their post saying check-in is in AM and attempting to arrange to check-in between 08:00 - 10:00, we were told that we couldn't check-in until 2PM, leaving us to wander the area for hours... I work remotely, so WIFI is a big deal for me and the WIFI only worked for the first night... The parking is minimal and obstructed and we had to ask someone to open the gate every time we wanted to come or go.
The room was clean and the area was good. Most of the staff was actually accommodating and tried to assist with my issues.

There wasn't enough things we needed to use we had to request for them like katle, cups, cutlery,suger suchetts, microwave and for Wi-Fi pin... These are things that were expected to be there without having to ask for them

The rooms were not properly cleaned when we arrived but the was one specific gentleman who was very helpful and addressed all our concerns. The air-conditions were not working
Location is perfect. We met a humble and friendly staff member who was very helpful.

Parking parking, there was no parking, so we struggled on how all the cars can be accommodated.
The host did his best to assist us and be there for anything we required.

The apartment was not clean. Wifi password didn't work. We couldn't get out of the premises, no one was available to let us out, we were stuck.
Pool is nice and clean. Nice area, quiet and safe. Near the Emerald resort and Casino. Overall the place is nice, just needs better upkeep

There were no towels allocated in the room I had to go ask for them. The shower was disfunctional and there were no soaps allocated.

Felt like a work in progress. The room was not that clean. No air cons in this heat wave. They did bring a fan which was nice. The painter was busy painting and playing loud music over the speak till late at night. That was kinda disturbing. There was no hot water when I checked in the afternoon. There was still no hot water the following morning when I checked out, even worse there was no lights and plugs were not working, apparently the solar was not functional, very inconvenient at the time.
Nice check-in, hassle free, was told they still busy with the room and needed an extra 30 min. The location was convenient. Felt safe and secure, liked the pool. Had wifi.

The walls seem quite thin and there is a lot of foot traffic even at early hours of the morning. The parking is very tight. For us they forgot to include shampoo and conditioner.
The book in process was very easy. The room was clean and comfortable and staff were nice

It's Self catering and there was no cookware, cutlery, eating bowls, warm water. Television for kids did not work. Bathroom Shower doors broken. If they manage to get this up and running it will be a great place to stay

We were informed that breakfast will be served at 8:30 only to be informed that the person cooking the meals wont be onsite before 10. There was no wifi and their phones did not work. Parking is secure but insufficient.
The male manager onsite is very decent and helpful. Rooms are clean and neat. Bathrooms are clean.
