Made very welcome on arrival by the hosts and their pets, our children loved all the animals at the property. The accommodation was spotless and comfortable. The host was living next door so able to assist promptly in helping with electric blankets not working etc and recommending restaurants. We had a pleasant stay and would recommend to others.

The shrubs blocked off some of the view. However they did allow for privacy. Would have been nice to have a small braai kettle.

The owners were lovely and very welcoming. The unit provided all that was expected. Was very peaceful on the farm with lovely views of the mountain at the front of the unit.

We received a very warm welcome from our host Bob....the little tour we got of the property on arrival made us feel right at home! The quietness of the farm made time non-existent, which was exactly what were looking for. We wanted to get away from the busy city life without going too far...I would definitely recommend this place if you want to get away and if you're a lover of nature! The cottage was cute and intimate yet roomy...The beds were so comfortable 10/10 was like we were sleeping on clouds. Definitely returning. Thank you to our hosts...

Honestly, I cannot raise a single quibble. Everything was perfect.

This place redefines the meaning of paradise. It’s tucked away on the quiet outskirts of town in perfect silence. On arrival I was greeted by the hosts who were most hospitable, as well as their darling cat and very well socialised dogs who were the highlight of the short stay. The accommodation is surrounded by something akin to a botanical garden. The bed was comfortable and the interior well presented and clean. Had I known it would be so wonderful, I’d have booked a much longer stay! Look forward to visiting again shortly. Many thanks.

First of all it’s the staff and the owner, Bob. We have been treated like friends and really enjoyed the conversations and recommendations on what to do, where to go, what to see. We will definetly come back to enjoy the region at another time of the year. The garden is simply gorgeous, one can relax at pool. Breakfast was absolute to our liking and the staff is nothing less than overwhelmingly friendly.

Only the WIFI was a bit of a problem, l guess it was because of the suite we chose , we only had better connection when were closer to the main suite .

A little out of town and I hadn't brought any food with me. Would be nice to have an option to buy a frozen meal from the hosts so that you don't have to drive into town.

I loved the farm setting and the beautiful views. The gardens are open for walking around and they are absolutely stunning. Loved the fact that the resident dogs are friendly and my dog had some friends to play with.

Nothing not to like about there lovely guest farm

Such a welcoming place to stay, the gardens are beautiful, the animals filled a place in our hearts as we were missing our own. It was our first time seeing a Zonkey (Coco Pops), and a special mention to Jessie, who slept at our door every night and greeted us every morning for be Breakfast. Bob and Wendy were both lovely, and Bob always had a story to tell. We were able to have family visit and entertain them with a braai by the pool.

We recently had the pleasure of staying at this delightful guesthouse on a small farm in the Winelands, and it was an unforgettable experience! The stunning views of the mountains provided the perfect backdrop for a relaxing getaway. One of the highlights was interacting with the farm animals—a zonkey, a pony, and even rescued tortoises, which we enjoyed feeding daily. It truly added a special touch to our stay! The hospitality of the hosts was exceptional. From the moment we arrived, we were warmly welcomed and made to feel at home. Farmer Bob’s freshly collected eggs made for the most delicious breakfasts, and Wendy went above and beyond to ensure we were comfortable throughout our extended stay. The entire staff was friendly and always willing to lend a helping hand. This charming guesthouse was the ideal escape from our busy city lives. We’re incredibly thankful to the hosts for sharing their little piece of paradise with us. We’ll definitely be back and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a serene and unique retreat.

The queen-sized bed was a little hard for my husband due to his recent back operation, but it did not matter as there were two other beds to choose from in the same room, so he was comfortable. There was nothing that we did not like.

The gardens were absolutely beautiful and lush and the owners, Wendy and Bob, could not have been more welcoming. Our labradoodle was made to feel very welcome too and was able to run freely and safely on the property. We also enjoyed a walk around after Wendy had explained what there was to see on the property. Our accommodation was very clean, neat and pretty. There was a full bathroom with bath and shower.

I didn't use the pool because I didn't want to bother anyone to give me a swimming towel. Maybe a swimming towel already in the room might have been nice.
