To have a facility maintenance gentleman in house.

The reception and the staff members are very warm and helpful. Even though the fan for heating the room malfunctioned....they tried their best to call the maintenance guy, who was at another facility. Anyway it was resolved on the following day. Thanks

Though the curtains seperating the room from the bathroom need a little attention, t is beautiful and a very cute idea.

We had a warm welcome from Irene and the breakfast staff was also exceptionally friendly and helpful. Irene, you are a perfect host! Breakfast was good. We stayed in the Presidential Suite (Suite 2) with a spa bath which we enjoyed very much, not to mention the double shower. We liked the seperate toilet, because the bathroom were seperated from the room with curtains. Beautiful furnishings and well appointed rooms.

Apart from the fridge not working in suite 3 everything else was superb 👌

We had a beautiful stay. Myself and my fiancé immediately felt home upon arrival. Irene was the best host ever. She made us feel extra special and so did Willie.♥️🥰

Check in took too long When I called the cellphone number the lady said she was at the mall, I was tired from the Free State and had to wait for 30 minutes to check in around 7pm. The 012... number on the board outside isn't working, please create a new one with working numbers of someone on site

It was about 25 minutes from cable cars and upside down house, I assumed they were closer and although the breakfast was great R250 is abit steep because the options are not that many

There was a power failure on our 1st night which took a while to resolve. The stairs make it difficult for elderly to access rooms. Establishment is advertised as 5 star but couldn't provide meals other than breakfast.

Sometimes the water in the shower was warm not hot, they could use new towels or better quality.

The family suite was big enough, the bedding was clean. The kids enjoyed the swimming pool.

We booked for a presidential room and was expecting the bed to of presidential quality but to my surprise the bed was terrible. It is in desperate need of replacement. The mattress has served its time.

The view of the dam is wonderful, and friendly employees. The room is beautiful, wonderful bathroom, I loved the twin shower setup. The freshly baked muffins were a cherry on top.

Xmas lunch was delayed. They said lunch starts at 12h00 but we only had lunch around past 14h00. We had to miss some of our schedules.

It is beautiful! Clean, the scenery is lovely. It is in quite a beautiful location. The service from Irene was top tier! She made sure we had everything we needed and even assisted in planning a surprise for my partner.
