We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

Everything! Immaculately clean, total luxury right and attention to detail; from the welcome at the reception, escort to the apartment! The rooms are spacious, elegant and calming decor, furnished and provided with all required for a home away from home and more! The bathrooms are well equipped with everything- clean white robes, towels etc! I could go on and on! The customer service and front desk is at “always available” on any information on the restaurant and assistance required! The entire estate is a holiday resort with all required!

South AfricaMy only critique and it is minor, is it would have been easier to navigate the bathrooms with a light switch closer to the bathroom entrance or inside the bathroom, having at the room entrance is a bit clumsy to navigate to at night.
Exceptional staff at both the Hotel Reception and Restaurants. Exceptional cleanliness. The rooms were comfortable, neat and exceptionally well detailed with quality finishes.

Unfortunately the golf restaurant is shut on Mondays so we couldnt experience that but the other restaurant was decent.
