Service is exceptional, no request was too much effort to fulfill from pre-arrival to post departure. Attentive but not intrusive management, ensures that guest comfort remains top of mind, highly appreciated in today's commoditized accommodation environment. Really couldn't have asked for more. Cape Town weather was also exceptional. So an absolute thumbs up from us. Everything had recently undergone a re-vamp and this only added to the ambiance of the venue.

What a beautiful piece of paradise in the middle of Cape Town. Such a tranquil and luxurious spot with sublime meals and superb rooms. It exceeded our expectations and we absolutely loved our stay. The hotel catered to our every request with both punctuality and precision.

Absolutely Stunning! Stayed for 3 nights and it truly was exceptional. Huge thanks to all the staff and Zainab in reception. Everyone was extremely helpful. The room was so comfortable with a beautiful view. Had 3 spa treatments, the best! The food was delicious - everything was just amazing. Everything was to perfection!

We booked golf but couldn't play because of the rain. The hotel refused to assist us with rebooking at the same rate. It's disappointing as we were really looking forward to the golf and will be a deciding factor whether to visit the hotel again

The hotel and spa were exceptional. The complementary wine was a nice touch plus a bottle of bubbles for my husband because it was his birthday

Unsure whether they really know what „continental breakfast“ means, but that‘s a minor detail.

Very good hotel, friendly staff, mattresses are sufficiently hard, lovely surroundings, very good à la carte breakfast, truly excellent restaurant and bistro, and they offer a daily complementary shittle to Cape Town. (didn‘t try Spa, nor wine tasting)

The only con we experienced was very slow service at breakfast. Service was fine at the same restaurant for dinner, so not sure what happened. Breakfast is a la carte and not buffet.

This hotel was a great ending to our time in Cape Town. The restaurant food was delicious, the bed soft and the shower strong, and our stay came with a free wine tasting on the estate. We also enjoyed using the driving range at the golf club next door.

I didn’t like the pool area, too dark and not spacy. Tryn didn’t meet my expectations.

Ashlynn was the best ! Beautiful garden and terrace. Close to great golf course. Winetasting excellent. Bistro 1852 was out of this world.

The restaurant staff for both breakfast and dinner could have been better - no real drive, enthusiasm, passion for customers, execution of service as befits the restaurant standard.

Location, friendliness of the staff, aesthetic, pool area, proximity to Cape Town and the airport. Loved the restaurant physical building setup / the outdoor terraces.

Please get some facilities for kids, they liked walking around and playing football but sometimes it is not enough. That being said, we still liked the stay
