We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

No breakfast. The dstc was suspended. The owner increased the price quoted by booking.com. I ended paying R4500. On arrival the staff told us we need to pay extra if we want to use the pool and the owner ended up changing her mind. Overall, I won't come back and I wouldn't suggest it to a friend. Kitchen had falling doors.

South AfricaPoor facilities The dstv wasn't working. The facilities online showed this place has air-conditioned but there wasn't. We were given a fan heater. The pillows was not good enough. They didn't even provide tea bags for tea yet we offered to pay. I understand it was self catering but atleast offer tea for winter mornings. The place wasn't Cosy enough. The quality of the toilet roll was terrible. Normally when you book in even if it is self catering there will be a tray in the room with sugar, teabags,coffee and milk but here nope nothing of that sort was provided. Basically it's a whole house with rooms and each room has a shower ,toilet, tv,fridge and a bed there is a big kitchen with a microwave stove and dishes but there was no bin in the kitchen 🙃 😑 😅 😒. The pool was dirty and there was a smell that was there like a damp smell and mosquitoes were full up to our room. The bathroom doesn't even have a window. I was very disappointed 😞 my husband and I couldn't even sleep at night due to the discomfort and disappointment .

You book with Booking.com, and when you arrive, they cancel your booking and book you there themselves, adding an extra fee. I will never stay here again. They sell you dreams on Booking.com, and you get the complete opposite at the accommodation
