We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):

Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

South AfricaThe one issue that I did not like was that I was given room no.4 which is located downstairs and next to the reception area. On most of the mornings it was quite noisy with staff chatting with ach other from around 7am.

South AfricaWorst experience ever when it comes to entering and leaving the place, I was either locked in or locked out. No one answers when you call. Intercom doesn't work. I hope they improve. On checking out, there was no one to assist. I had to open the gate, close it and throw the remote where they can see it and run before it shuts completely.
