The hotel is well maintained. Staff are helpful, friendly and well trained. Still one of our favourite stays.

Nothing that I didn't like.

Always a good stay at Southern Sun. It's comfortable and I like that there's a bath and shower. Breakfast is always good. Staff were very friendly, easy, and accommodating.

Most of the waitrons were non attentive and mainly were plate collectors rather than asking would I like some coffee. The egg station does not know the difference between and fried egg and scrambled egg. A scrambled egg is not a fried egg simply mixed. Surely to beat two eggs in a cup and cook them is a scrambled egg

The breakfast was great in terms of variety.

Lack of proper shower, the shower in the bath leaked on the floor even with the shower curtain. Room decor is dated, but I know you are busy with an upgrade.

The Booking.com did not live up to its promise of complementary transfer (to airport)..hotel had no instruction to provide or arrange from Booking.com. Most disappointed with Booking.com. Southern Sun did however arrange required early morning transport at client expense..poor marks for Booking.com

Usual standard of an established hotel group, nothing exceptual for a vertically morning check out, helpful front desk.

I booked 5 rooms. The one room was not ready on check in. We waited a few hours and the replacement room had a double bed and not a king bed as expected. The dinner was disappointing. 3 of the meals were cold and the pasta wasn’t great. However the breakfast was much better. The bathrooms need an upgrade. They need to replace the bath with a proper shower. R1800pppn is very expensive

Some stafff member at the reception could be more friendly for customers ( some are very nice and some not).There is missing some fitness room.It was a little too far from city center for me but in the near is a lot of shop.

My room was very big and comfortable with very nice view. Breakfast was better than I expected. Parking is big enough. Room service excellent

The supper service was extremely slow - we waited 1hour 30min for our dessert. I had a call to attend to and couldn't wait any longer at the table, at this point 50min had passed and they were going to bring it up to our room which then took a further 40min. It appeared that there were only 2 gentleman as waiters and they were also doing room service. There were plenty of ladies around but they were just getting table ready for the next morning. We left our table at 20:50 as I had a call at 21:00 This was the only negative

Everything was fine, location great. I only regret not having more time to spend.

I had to leave before breakfast due to travel arrangements. However, a takeaway breakfast was prepared for me by 5h15am that was scrumptious. Thank you to the staff.
