Each review score is between 1 and 10. To get the overall score you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of them. We use a weighted review system, which means the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. Guests can also give separate “subscores” in crucial areas like location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value, and free Wifi. Note that guests submit their subscores and overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
- Politically sensitive comments
- Promotional content
- Illegal activities
- Personal or sensitive info (e.g. emails, phone numbers, credit card info)
- Swear words, sexual references, hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, or references to violence
- Spam and fake content
- Animal cruelty
- Impersonation (i.e. if the writer is claiming to be someone else)
- Any violation of our review guidelines.
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.
An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.
Guidelines and Standards for Reviews
These guidelines and standards aim to keep the content on Booking.com relevant and family-friendly, without limiting expression or strong opinions. They're also applicable regardless of the comment's tone.
Contributions should be travel related. The most helpful contributions are detailed and help others make better decisions. Please don’t include personal, political, ethical, or religious commentary. Respect the privacy of others. Booking.com will make an effort to obscure email addresses, telephone numbers, website addresses, social media accounts, and other similar details.

I was booked in room 10 and requested to be moved to a ground room, which was room 11. Both rooms are beautiful; however, there is no internet network. I was busy with my assignment, and I had to spend the night in the main sitting room in the house to complete my schoolwork. It would be very helpful if they strengthened their Internet connection to all rooms. Currently, you open the main entrance gate, and it closes itself. I prefer an option added for a person to close the gate instead of waiting for the gate to close itself. Yes, I know it is a safe area, but I want to take up the responsibility of closing the gate.
Well, the staff are very helpful and the place is located close to the mall which is really nice.

Just arrived at 21:45pm and even wrote an email that I'll be late. When I was there I tried to make a call x8 so they can open the gate but they didn't answer my calls.I had to re-book another place😫🚮

My one and only thing I think that could be better is probably for the owner to have been there or a member of management to be on sight, it was difficult playing broken telephone with the staff. I didn't really mind it though because the staff were being very patient with us.
The place is very cute, has a very peaceful vibe with friendly staff. We enjoyed many of the sitting areas after returning from the beach or our shift. The beach wasn't that far away, about 7 mins drive, but love the proximity to Florida road. My colleagues and I had a great dinner there without the need to drive. The dog, Jess, is such a cutie and brings life and joy to the room with her gently and playful nature.

No soap/shampoo in the bathrooms Bed and Breakfast could be better as a buffet
We had the entire place to ourselves and there was enough privacy for our entire group, yet still private common areas just for us. We booked last minute and so check in was super easy!

electric plugs to charge phone in the bedroom are far underneath the table. make one that is reachable.
I think you can change the breakfast menu and don't serve the same thing everyday. add more things like grated cheese, baked beans or even chicken livers

The rooms are not sound proof. We barely rested with the sound of snoring from next door. The wifi signal is also weak. We also battled with charging the phone. Thankfully we were there for two nights only.

Place is old . Beds uncomfortable. Door rooms can’t close without being locked. Wooden flooring which makes noise Every time someone moves about. The is room above the one we occupied, apparently that’s where the owner lives, he was moving about during the night which greatly disturbed our sleep. Breakfast same menu. Crockery eg plates were chirped and the serviettes which were cloth were old and stained.
Staff is friendly. We were allowed to prepare our own meals. Place is close to a shopping complex.
