Comfortable stopover in the Durban area. The family chalet by the pool had all amenities we needed and parking was easy. In a gated area with a guard, so felt safe.

Pat and Keith, the owners are exceptional hosts. Booking.com didn't send my booking to them, they were suprised when I turned on. So, the cabin was occupied but they upgraded me by placing me in a cottage. I was the only occupant in the whole cottage.!! They make you feel like a family member instead of a guest. In the morning, they provided transport to the venue where I was having training.

South AfricaThe premises was missrepresented. We booked for a delux room but only found a small wendy house with two single beds pushed together inone corner with hard foam matresses. What made it worse is that the place was advertised as a selfcatering place but the kitchen area was not part of the room and was in use by someone else with ants on the microwave. The place is advertised with WiFi and although they supplied us with the WiFi password, we couldnt use it in the wendy house because of no signal extenders. We couldnt wash properly because the hot and cold water in the shower couldnt be controlled since it seemed like the gass gyser connection was not done properly water was either hot or cold. The room and annemneties was far from what we expected and also did not have airconditioning or a Tv in the room.

GreeceLovely cottage for four, very clean and great value for money. Lovely introduction to Durban (our first visit there) as easy to travel to and from the cottage to the centre / beachfront etc. Shared grounds are lovely and the cottage has more than enough space for family / friends travelling together. Staff on site to help with any queries were very welcoming and helpful - thank you Virginia. Next time we visit Durban we will definitely book accommodation at Smith's
