The shower is too complicated for regular folks.

Even though we book on last minute and went to the property very late when we called they answered and assisted us. We had a special case where one of us was coming from Eastern and only gonna be at Bloem around 3 am they assisted us and allowed her to sleep on the couch at no additional costs. Very friendly people definitely booking with them again.

If you decide to give someones room at least have the courtesy to tell me so that I won't drive that distance only be rejected..

The Guest house was very unprofessional I booked online and got a confirmation email. I booked at 21:30 and I was there at 22:00 but when I called the room was already taken and they never bothered to tell me. I called them and some arrogant guy said I should return where I'm coming because rooms were full....

The house wasn't clean, I had to go request for the host to switch on the geyser, no coffer/tea or sugar lastly no shower gel or soap and the wi-fi connection was bad

No aircon, bedroom light not working, no TV channels. The pictures on the internet show a bar near a pool, only to find its all empty bottles🙆‍♀️🙆‍♂️. No soap, no shower cap, can go on and on.

The location is far enough for peace of mind, away from the town.. Bonnie gives a warmest welcome at the rexeption.

Yes the staff were very warm and accomodating. This place definitely has potential to be a great stay over if it is upgraded....kitchen minimal utensils and pots dirty..Bath sink needed cleaning.Shower knobs fell off. KITCHEN cold water to open with hard work. @ 34 degrees fan didn't work..asked for a fan and that too spun and came off..fixed and worked.Channels open view Security..doors only locked from.inside was informed on arrival . This place when upgraded can be a real gem to stay at..Parking we were lucky at front off cottage or else would have had to carry around to place ..To Alaina and Lucky thanks for being warm and welcoming .kind regards Ram and Anira [Durban]

The pool was dirty and unmaintained. No chair or a table in the room. No cutlery, crockery or dish cloth. The bed was uncomfortable and too short. Only one uncomfortable pillow per person. The back yard was full of building rubble.

The staff was friendly and helpful. The room was clean. The towels super white, soft and fluffy.

Poor maintenance - pool stagnant, only bedside lamp broken. Broken dustbin, safe key stuck in lock. No effective load shedding solution. No meal available even by arrangement. Not worth the money. No soaps. Only small towel

There's no milk or water in the fridge. No welcoming messages. The tissue roll didn't even last us for 2 days cos it was already used! Had to get my own tissue in the car the following morning. Not to mention the drama of school kids who were drunk, almost hit our car! The guests house that we slept at the day we checked out, exceeded our expectations!

There was nothing to like, the place is a terrible with service Everything.

Horrible place, we arrived during loadsheding no lights and we were told there is only one lamp and it is for the staff, water in the room not coming out and we had a graduation early morning so had to find an alternative place to go and bath, the lady laughed at us and said he will tell the owner. The room smelt like no one has ever openened it in months and the bed was uncomfortable. We paid via ewallet and reversed the money, left a note for the owner to discuss why he should reduce the price and that we will repay him once he calls and discuss , called us during the grad ceremony and we were unable to answer. He then sent us threatening messages, he was rude, told us he will take our pictures to facebook, and to court. We remained polite and told him we not fighting he must reduce the price and apologize, he sent us very scary messages and in the end deleted his treating messages and told us he will see us in court. The helper seemed like she knew no one is happy with the place but kept saying ill talk to him
