Each review score is between 1 and 10. To get the overall score you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of them. We use a weighted review system, which means the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. Guests can also give separate “subscores” in crucial areas like location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value, and free Wifi. Note that guests submit their subscores and overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
- Politically sensitive comments
- Promotional content
- Illegal activities
- Personal or sensitive info (e.g. emails, phone numbers, credit card info)
- Swear words, sexual references, hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, or references to violence
- Spam and fake content
- Animal cruelty
- Impersonation (i.e. if the writer is claiming to be someone else)
- Any violation of our review guidelines.
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.
An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

I did not like the idea that the towels get washed and hung up at the back area and the cars park up against them and there is a lot of dust and leaves. On arrival there was no cutlery in the drawers. Had to go to kitchen area to request Had to request for coffee and sugar for two persons in the room
Breakfast was 80% (Food on cabinet for self help was taken away before one had actaully finished eating) Rooms were always neat and clean

1st night there no teaspoons for tea/coffee. 2 night there no towels in room, no creamer for coffee tea.
Room was very comfortable, neat and clean. Breakfast was extremely good.

Water being lukewarm in the mornings. Hardly any plug points for charging. Room has no microwave and fridge. It was on a shared kitchen. My room was upstairs no option for lift no assistance with bags. Breakfast options remained the same for the whole week I was there.

The bed, it was 2, 3/beds combined instead of just 1 king sized bed
I liked that the check in was smooth and easy. The stay was very comfortable. Felt like Home away from Home.

How the lady who assisted with our checkin treated us. She was not friendly, didn't have a good approach and the way she spoke to us was not good at all, it's like she hated us. The room was cold, the set up of the TV is not ideal if you want to watch it while in bed, the couch needs to be replaced as the one in the room is very uncomfortable to sit on and your things get lost while sitting on it.
The location where it's based, it's quiet. Our room was nice and big. Two out of the three ladies (staff) were very friendly and professional. They treated us with kindness. The breakfast was also nice.

The beds separated in between because they joined two three quarter beds which was a bit uncomfortable.The cover and blanket didnt smell fresh...

They don't want to give me my invoice and is needed because I booked with a business account. and they must tell people that they must not be afraid because there are animals in their place. and they must know how to direct costumers if they get lost.

The room wasn't ready when we arrived .
We were late for breakfast cause of tiredness and we were given time to enjoy our meal comfortably and it was nice.

I think they have to set two difrent names for their apartments because they are in a two difrent locations and i feek its a fals advertisment because the phots iand directions in a websites are for the other apartment then when you arrive there is where you find you are booked in a difrent location and again when you arrived un that location you have to waite while they are verifiying your name whith what they called main office the rooms are smeling the one they fist gave us was smelling stuffy the moved us to onother and same TV and aircon remotes were not working no extra blankets there is a commont unclean kitchen area where your thinks of which your neighbor might use it

Parking can be a bit limited, but it's manageable, television needs an upgrade, the toilet was running.
The location is good: a nice, quiet street, spacious rooms with high ceilings and a delicious, fresh breakfast.
