Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

South AfricaI don't take well to people who disrespect staff in front of guests. That made me feel very uncomfortable. The towels were dirty. Everything looks old, and worn out. My daughters bed broke while there which was hardly used cause she preferred sharing a bed with us.
Breakfast was average. We stayed there for 6days and they isn't much variety. You find yourself eating the same thing every day. The cereal was stale you can tell it's been there for a while.

United Arab EmiratesThe gate is a problem as signal is not always good and we sometimes struggled up to 30 min to just get in and out. There was also not a functioning restaurant as per booking.com advert and no hairdryer. Shower in smaller villa (outside separate) had dry dog poop in - was not clean. Towels and linen were cleaned but stained.
The animals were amazing and closeup and I loved the feeling of being inside nature with all the sounds. We loved the outdoor shower in the one secured villa, but not the smaller one that is separate.

South AfricaThe managers were rude both the couple the place was dirty..more especially in the rooms where we expected to be clean since we booked 3 months in advance..See the attached pictures..,the pool was also dirty ... infact everyhere around the chalets was dirty. The food was unpleasant. But we were refunded later on and thanks for that.
The quietness and sound of birds and animals in the bush were great.
