Attention to rooms are necessary. Had no pressure or hot water in the shower, basin. Tap at sink needs attention. Big room, but only one chair, room big enough for a second chair or even a small couch

They can really put some dstv channels on because I remember the previous time we were there, we could watch tv in our room. Now they only have netflix and we had to watch the springboks in the restaurant with other people. Some even had kids in the restaurant where there is a bar as well. Not something we liked. And please tell your visitors that you are busy with extensions because that was quite noisy.

We really enjoyed the breakfast and there was a wide spread to choose from. Staff were friendly and helpful.

Not as clean as we'd like. Lots of mold spots. Stains on white towels and bedding. Can smell it is clean, but stains on white makes it feel eeky.

With everything exceptional, I was disappointed with the chef made black forest cake.

View, friendly staff, comfy, spotlessly clean and large room. Very low season and we got a good deal. Good breakfast buffet, dinner also mostly very good. Also close to the lovely national park. Highly recommend, and we plan to return.

I visited during the winter season so it was cold and there was no aircon.

I loved the location, the combination of mountains and beaches was perfect for a nature lover like me. It had one of the best views from our window. The restaurant staff and food blew me away I must say first we had doubts about dining inside the restaurant but the food was amazing, the service was excellent

They are building a new section of hotel next door so the times we were at the hotel, we had a bulldozer droning on constantly. The reception area is double volume, and our room was closely situated upstairs, so there was a fair bit of noise with people coming and going. The hairdryer didn't have an adapter so could not use it. The door to the room had recently had a lock changed but they hadn't repainted where the old lock and plate had been - looked a bit tacky. Bathroom Basin leaked, so there was water inside the vanity cupboard and on the floor which they attempted to fix.

It is beautifully situated on a unique piece of lagoon and nature reserve. Lovely beach and magnificent views. It is peaceful and removed from the busyness of Langebaan town centre, which is a 5-10 minute drive away. Staff were friendly and attentive. The meals we had at the hotel restaurant were good, especially the prawns.

The facility seems a little outdated for how 'new' it actually is. Our room was very nice and comfortable, but these days you expect at least 2 point plugs in the room if it is not installed? But overall really nice

Internet and cell phone access is limited, which is either a good thing or a bad thing. For us, it was not an issue.
