When we checked in we had difficulties, the Receptionist was not aware of our online booking and we had to wait, they had to call the owner to confirm. Their Front desk should consider having Access to system to see all their Online Bookings to avoid keeping the guest waiting once they arrived and also to avoid double bookings from Walk-in 's and Online Bookings

There was no toilet paper in our bathroom, we had to ask for it. The lady at reception just walked in our room without knocking while I was getting dressed.

This review is hidden because it doesn't meet our guidelines.

We were not informed that we had to book breakfast in advance, we had only chosen this place because of breakfast. There was no mention of this on their emails and no plan could be made for us although we enquired about breakfast the previous night around 6/7oclock. This inconvenienced us. Aircon was switch off at 9am and we had not yet left. The bathroom/toilet door was not closing.

The place was spotless, peaceful and quiet. It has an awesome sea view and close to the beach.

The apartments could have been better if they specious rooms, and the fact that we were offerred a breakfast and only became aware about the breakfast being booked in advance upon arrival.

I wouldn't comment about breafst because there was no offered for us and we were only made aware that we should have booked for breafast in advance upon our arrival. Nevertheless the place is very nice and appealing with nice and clean garden

Water pressure was very low, unfortunately due to loadshedding, difficulty with hot and cold water in showers. Limited water to shower at times Bed was not comfortable and caved to the inner side. Whole Guesthouse echoes into the room so not very private feeling.

I had a family emergency (death in the family) had to leave a day early ...i paid for two nights only stayed one night...informed receptionist on reason for leaving early..receptionist contacted owner informing him on why we leaving and that we requested a refund for the one night not used.....he than responded that we booked with booking.com and not with them directly so we need to contact booking.com...upon doing so he chooses to change his story and say he does not know the reason for us leaving early and refuse to do a refund....that's the kind of people you will deal with at Seven wonders...pathetic....no sympathy no humanity ...death in family is not a planned thing we had no choice to leave but yet owner refused to do refund..

I didn’t like that the following day the linen was not changed in our room. We had to request for the changed linen and wait for the lady to change the linen at 7pm and we were soo tired cos we were away and busy all day with activities. I didn’t understand why they didn’t go to our room and change linen and clean. That wasn’t pleasant.

I liked the guy and the lady that welcomed us. They were very friendly. They assisted us finding spar around the vicinity and a car wash. Our room was clean and exactly as it was advertised.
