Maybe the dining chairs and sofa's could be a little bit more comfortable. And, but this is me I am 2 meter, the bed are bit short.

The pool, tent, location (in a reserve) was very cool. The staff was very nice and we got a lot of information about the area and animals. And great game drives! With the open 4x4 the views are not blocked perfect for taking pictures

The Accommodation offered was not up to the advertised standard Grubby Tents just generally more a Backpackers standard My guests from USA refused to stay thus I had to drive back into Hoedspruit on a challenging long dirt road and book into satisfactory Accommodation at less than half the price The owner Roxanne was unsympathetic and basically rude in handling my plight Needless to say I am resorting to Litigation to get my money back.

We didn't stay a little longer

We found Rukiya on someones blog, and it was beyond what we expected. The location, the atmosphere, the food, and the staff were fantastic. The safaris were something else, the guides were awesome at tracking and finding animals, birds and snakes (The Black mamba a particular favourite). If you want a special trip with exceptional guides, with passion and knowledge, look no further, you have found it. Conright the guide, and his prodigies, well you made our stay!

The decking noise, when people are awake early and walking on the wooden decking which made noise as we stayed closer to the pool and lunch area

The service was just excellent from the staff. We did not see the big 5 on game drive but the guides made it worth a while even without the big 5.

For us the tents could be a bit more apart, but probably not every guest sees it that way

extremely friendly and helpful staff! Comfortable tents with very good beds. Good food for lunch and dinner with dietary options. Game drives in the area or, if you look for the big cats, in the greater Kruger area - ranger Wisdom is absolutely amazing!

Everything was perfect!

Very clean and nice camp and ideal for a game drive ! There is also a beautiful pool where you can relax between game drives. Especially the staff was very kind and they did everything to make our stay just perfect. Also the food was really amazing and the tents where very comfortable! We would definitely come back!

the riverside location was stunning and the placement of the various tents preserved all privacy and prevented peeking in. The resort itself has plenty of wildlife that can be observed during evening game drives (morning game-drive takes the guest to nearby excellence reserve, with possibility to observe big5). Both breakfast, lunch and dinner offered a varied and nice selection and the service and dining area was well cared for.The morning and evening game drives were handled to perfection by well-versed guides who reassured visitors and whose extensive knowledge of the park's fauna and flora helped make the game drives successful and beautiful experiences.

This place is truly amazing! Beautiful and peaceful. Crocs and hippos at the river, kudu's on the grass at night. The game drives were amazing and the rangers can spot the tiniest animals from far away and are walking encyclopedias. Super friendly staff, clean tents with all the amenities you can think of!

It was our second time at Rukiya and, once again, we had an amazing experience. The tents are super comfortable, the food is delicious and the staff is outstanding, they really make you feel at home. My husband and I were celebrating our 25th anniversary and they set us a beautiful outdoor table for dinner. That was so nice of them. We're looking forward to staying at Rukiya again.

Honestly this place is one of its kind,it’s all good except one thing,I think you can improve the bed,it looked like two single beds combined so the middle has this wood that is uncomfortable and could injure someone’s back.

We loved and enjoyed the breakfast,the dinning area is spectacular and the view is amazing. The staff is readily available and assisted us with friendly faces n great attitude. I was also surprised that there were no mosquitoes

Perfect boutique private reserve, only limited amount of rooms so it feels personal. Beautiful surroundings and game watching from the pool, however feels save the whole time. Their game drive was the best one we did throughout our whole trip in Kruger. Engaging and learning a lot about game tracking from Conrad. Also it feels more personal as no other cars are allowed in the private reserve where they take you.

Everything- the staff is extremely friendly and very helpful. They paid attention to everything and went out of their way to make our stay as comfortable as possible. loved the food and the game viewing were spectacular. Riaan, Dries and Hyden were amazing hosts.
