We had a wonderful stay at Rozenhof Cottages. Nestled at the foot of the majestic Outeniqua Mountains, the setting is both peaceful and picturesque—yet conveniently close to town. The nearby Trail Kiosk is just a short walk away, offering easy access to some incredible hiking and running trails. We stayed in the Aubergine cottage, which felt private and serene. Though compact, the kitchen was thoughtfully equipped with everything we needed, including a microwave, induction plate, and fridge. The bathroom was a pleasant surprise, offering both a bath and shower—something you don’t often find in similar accommodations. Beautifully appointed and perfectly located, Rozenhof is a gem for nature lovers and anyone looking for a peaceful getaway. Highly recommended!

The shower leaked and so the tiny bathroom was always damp and a little smelly

Rozenhof Cottages are in an excellent location which is peaceful, close to restaurants, and importantly round the corner from the hospital, which was important for us as our main reason for the visit was to support a family member in hospital.

An undercover area upstairs (umbrella) on the deck for a smoker like me to get away from the rain and sun.🌞 Aircon would complete the unit, especially during rainy days when you can't open the skylight windows.

Wow, the Lime Loft with those stained glass windows, and so tastefully furnished really is a gorgeous apartment.

We unfortunately found two dirty plates in the cupboard (seemed completely unwashed) from a previous client. Obviously just a mistake and in no way ruined the visit, but nonetheless it was an unpleasant find stacked in-between clean ones in the otherwise clean kitchen. Overall still a place we would visit again anytime in future.

The owner is very friendly and very helpful. Godson did a very awesome job with keeping the room clean and smelling fresh. He showed us around when we arrived. The place is nearby almost everything, the mall, 15 minutes from 2 beaches.

The bed was very uncomfortable. We woke up feeling a truck ran us over. I suggest a new bed which will make this a great stay.
