What an amazing location! The pictures are true and you have an amazing view over the beach and water. Great place to watch sunrise and the sunset colours. Feels like a spa with the relaxed and comfortable aesthetic. Clean and friendly. Easy access. Safe. Comfy room.

Would be great if they can add a microwave in the room. The bar fridge is also a bit small especially if you have left over food etc.

The location was top tier - super close to the beach and a restaurant literally down the road from the place, 3min walk.

We didn't like that we had to go to the kitchen in main house to use the microwave,iron etc.

Unfortunately, included in our stay was the dreaded return of loadshedding but that is not the accommodation's fault.

The decor at the accommodation was beautiful with little touches that made the experience extra special. The beautiful blue and white colour scheme, the crisp clean white linen, the very comfortable bed, the light and airy feel of our room and the beautiful ocean and tidal pool views were just some of the highlights that impressed me. It was the perfect end to our trip. Both the hostess and the lady that welcomed and looked after us were very accommodating and friendly going out of their way to make us feel at home.

Nothing really. The WiFi was a bit up and down and the stairs were a bit tricky. But I could live happily with it all. Was a great few days there

The views from the lounge and dining room were wonderful. I wished I had booked a different as I really enjoyed my stay. Very pleasant staff member met me and all was spotless. Thank you, Sharon Hamblin

I liked everything

The place is clean and very beautiful with a wonderful view. The tidal pool and the beach is right across. Walking distance to the mall and restaurants. The host is friendly and helpful

If you are a light sleeper it's unlikely you'll sleep past 6am as the shared accommodation can get quite loud. There is no hair dryer available.

The bedroom window was stuck, so it got a little stuffy. Other than that, it was a really pleasant stay.

We loved Mavis. She took really good care of us. And walking up to a sea view was restorative.

There wasn't anything not to like.

The fact that it was so welcoming, I immediately felt at home. I came to just unwind and found myself again and that's exactly what I got. It is homey and inviting as well. I would anytime stay over again in future.

I forgot to mention in the last review that the toaster needs to be fixed.

I really love this place and I plan to come back next year. I hope to bring my mom with me next time. The views are excellent. Within walking distance of beach and the shops. Good self catering facilities. I was well looked after by the housekeeper.

I think there could have been more wood provided for the fire, and it appears that the toaster was not working properly. Otherwise no further complaints.

Free parking is provided. Within walking distanceof Glencairn Beach, Kwikspar, and Harbour Bay Mall. Very clean. The kitchen is well equipped. The room also had fantastic sea views, a balcony, private entrance, extra blankets, kettlre, tea and coffee, and a wood burner fire place. The decor is Thai/South East Asian and very tastefully done.

The only downside was the large stairs, but the staff were very helpful and carried our bags, and even offered for us to use the easier steps inside.
