United KingdomShower door leaked slightly and tree on the balcony slightly blocked table mountain view. Some minor works going on one morning. These however didn't spoil our stay and we'd definitely stay here again!
Amazing hotel, the staff were so friendly and welcoming - Oswell and Christian in particular. Breakfast was a la carte and very tasty. Room was huge and immaculately clean, bed very comfy.

Great location within metres of the V&A Waterfront, closes to numerous bars, restaurants and shops. All staff are very helpful, friendly and willing to help with anything. Hotel has a nice relaxed atmosphere and it’s quiet even though the busy city is on the doorstep. Breakfast at the hotel was very nice, plenty of choice and very good service. There is a nice bar area, where you can relax after a busy day. Room was a great size, extremely clean, bottles of water replenished every day, large bathroom with quality bathroom products. There is parking at the hotel which was very useful. Would recommend a stay at this hotel if you are visiting Cape Town.

We loved everything about this hotel. As other reviews have said this hotel is really comfortable & stylish, in a great location, very near the waterfront amenities but a bit quieter than other hotels with use of the lovely private pool & garden area. In addition the staff were all truly exceptional. Nothing was too much trouble for any of them from booking taxis, giving directions to arranging off menu items.

We loved the property! The staff went out of their way to help. ALWAYS on top of things. The location was perfect close to everything but quiet and a bit exclusive. Breakfast was also fantastic.

United StatesIf there was anything I might change it would be the restaurant dinner menu. The only option seemed to be a 7 course meal, or bar food. Something in between would have been appreciated. The free breakfast was very good!
Facilities were exceptionally clean and in great repair. Nothing in the room was dirty, broken, or worn. Amenities were thoughtful and well presented. The highlight was the friendly, helpful and professional staff!
