The room could have been warmer... but it was expected since we went in winter. Can't wait to return.

Some type of shower door would be great, to keep the heat around me, got cold really quickly.

The room was clean, very cozy, exactly what I wanted for a nights rest. I was very comfortable. The bedding was soft and relaxing. Breakfast was beyond fantastic. The people are so kind and inviting, they make you feel as if you have been their friend for a long time and are excited that you are there!

It looked like we were the only guests so it was a bit uncomfortable at night, but it was safe,quiet and we slept like babies.

A tranquil place with beautiful gardens. Delicious breakfast and friendly hosts and manager. We were allowed to help ourselves to the organic sweet grapes fresh from the trees.

The place is in a serene, quiet and peaceful environment. It is strategically positioned on the Pretoria/Johannesburg/Krugersdorp/Sun City thoroughfares. It is very close to the Waterfall Mall, of course there is Virgin Active 😊. The host is an excellent, beautiful and warm-hearted lady who went out of her way to make my stay memorable. I will not forget the packed breakfast every morning 👌.

The venue is steeped in history and the gardens were really neat and the lodge felt like home from home. The rooms were also clean and big enough to accommodate my husband and I. The lodge met our every need.

The breakfast was really wholesome and tasty. The tea, coffee and juice were on tap. Besides the bacon and eggs there was also plenty of fruit we could take to the Pilansberg. Our hostess Frances was accommodating to all our needs.

The welcoming was friendly and the manager assisted with all our needs. Breakfast was included and was really great. Owners made it special by welcoming us for breakfast and by making sure everything was in place.

The property was in a farm like setting with safe parking. The green gardens and different garden areas with many old trees were beautiful to walk around. We enjoyed the pool and the lighting at night. The property and buildings have a lot of history which have been well restored and renovated. This is the original dwelling of President Kruger with many artifacts and memorabilia. The hosts were very friendly and interesting. The manager Jurgens was very helpful and showed us around the museum, rooms and grounds. Our room was comfy with all one needs. It was good value for money which included a lovely breakfast.

Open plan toilet! No doors, just an extension of the room. If going as a couple or family, something to keep in mind. The shower rose could do with a replacement.

Excellent locale, well appointed rooms, lovely country feel. Nice braai area too. Breakfast was sumptuous and the manager (sorry an Afrikaans name, couldn't get it) was most helpful and courteous and so was Pam the owner. Would definitely go again!
