The view from our room was on ground floor overlooking parking area where staff & construction vehicles parked and moved around The view was straight into other buildings too. Had to keep our curtains closed for most of our stay. I also didnt like the guest who rudely rushed a female staff member because he wanted his omelette done faster. I stood right next to him. We never waited longer than 5min she was super fast in the breakfast rush.

Exceptional service from all hotel staff. Especially the breakfast team who checks in regularly to top up your coffee and make sure your meal is satisfactory even offered me almond milk in my cappuccino due to lactose intolerance. Jay-Jay's 5 star service with a smile was of a very high standard. The best by far.

they were busy with renovations - we were notified beforehand so wasn't the hotel fault. we will definitely be back when the renovations are done.

We had a lovely stay at the President, our room was very spacious and we had a great view. breakfast was good. loved the location of the hotel. The staff was very friendly and helpful

Breakfast was disappointing. I am unable to rate facilities as the pool was closed for renovations.

The location is fantastic and the staff are very friendly. Good value for money, but it is a slightly older hotel.

our plan was to watch the springboks at the hotel, but there wasn't enough space in the bar area to watch the game, and the rooms don't have the channel. but it was ok.

The check in process was great, the room was great value for money, my Bed was AMAZING, the breakfast was delicious the BOOTLEGGER COFFEE yum! even with a full construction site outside it did not interfere with our stay at all, we didn't even hear or see the workers or the building "noise"

Breakfast was great and location as well. The sea view was👌👌. 5 min walk to the ocean. The entire staff we interacted with was very friendly and professional🌸🌸

Everything worked well for us from the check in progress, room cleanliness, hotel location to friendly and professional staff, in particular the staff in guest experience centre and reception. A big shout out to Asiphe at Reception who helped us heaps when our airport transfer did not turn up on time and the staff at Guest Experience desk (the dark hair lady with a low bun, sorry I did not find out her name!) who helped me with sorting out the refund, they had been amazing and went above and beyond in assisting us.

The service was quick and efficient. The staff was amazing and very helpful, from the receptionist to the porter. Everyone was on top of their job.

The pool was under construction - however we were informed of the construction before we arrived, was just a pity we couldnt access that area of the hotel as I hear its quite the attraction.

The staff were incredibly friendly and helped plan a surprise for me which was lovely. The breakfast was also good, lots of options and the hot drink selection was great! The rooms were comfortable and clean.

There is honestly nothing I didn’t like, everything was amazing.

I like everything about the property, I will definitely recommend it to anyone persons who plans to go South Africa and it’s a family hotel which makes it even more of a suitable place to stay.

Pool under construction.

Location is amazing. Ambiance great, staff exceptional especially Leslie at reception and Thembela at the restaurant. Pity pool is under construction, would have taken good pictures. All staff were very friendly. Rooms spacious, clean and with cozy ambiance, even common areas had heaters and blankets ( winter) . Overall wonderful. Dinner was also tasty, did not have breakfast.
